Excellent service; very good food

We dined in Friday, June 5, 2015 at 6:00 pm. We were seated promptly in a nice curved booth. Greeted quickly by our waiter and ordered drinks. As an appetizer I ordered the clam chowder. For my entree I ordered the very large lobster tail. My wife ordered a filet mignon. We shared cheesy au... read more

the service was great at Oceanaire. Had King Crab legs, which were split by the server, then presented to me. My husband had the whole Maine lobster, which was also split by the server.. It was nice to have the items split for us. The creamed corn is outstanding!!!

I had the pleasure of eating here during restaurant week. A three course meal for $30? How could I go wrong. Crab cake to start => fantastic! It had crab! Not one of those pre-processed filler filled wanna be. To say it was great is an understatement. Then I had the Salmon for my entree. After the crab cake I... More

We went during restaurant week of Minneapolis. Great deals on good food. Try the clam chowder, it is some of the best. The swordfish was really good, not great. Drinks were wonderful. Be prepared for a very busy restaurant during restaurant week. Overall, very happy. Would go back.

Went to Oceanaire to take advantage of Restaurant Week and wasn't incredibly happy with the experience. It was Restaurant Week, so we expected it to be busy, but the hostess didn't have our reservation down for some reason, so we were seated 45mins after the 7p reservation we had booked. The food was a mixed bag once we were actually... More

I went to take my dad out to dinner, it was a special occasion and I knew it would be a great night. We were welcomed at the door and seated swiftly. We were there for restaurant week, I knew my father would like the variety, and I ordered off the regular menu. The waitress was incredibly kind and checked... More

The first night of Restaurant Week and it was fabulous. The selections were great and everything was perfect. The salted caramel brownie dessert was amazing. Best deal around. Loved it!

We sat at the bar and ordered some oyster shooters and oysters on the half shell. The oysters were very fresh. Good service.

WOW, great food, about 20 of us went out to eat, made reservations, seated as soon as we got there, staff was outstanding, waiter made our choosing easy with his suggestions, food was there before we knew it, then desert. Has a great evening.
