Just like when I was a kid!

First impressions are important and I have to say that the fact that Wise Acres Eatery is in a renovated filling station is cool. The planters outside, though were still from winter looked unique and beautiful. I can only imagine what they look like during the rest of the seasons. Interior is modern, hip and inviting. Seating is close, because... More

I am very mixed on how I liked this place. I loved the outside with the tables, their sign, and being in a former garage. Parking is very tight. I had the special, which was a sloppy joe, and should have paid attention when they said they added a very slight spice for seasoning. The first taste was good, but... More

Wise Acre does the farm-to-table scene really well -- excellent food across the board without being pretentious about the whole thing. Warm, casual atmosphere, excellent service, and a nice beer and wine list, too. Even though the menu is limited -- as is usually the case in farm-to-table places -- the range and size of offerings was quite good. Our... More

This place has a fantastic ambiance even though it might feel close at times. The service is excellent and brunch is delicious. Is nice to have farm food close to home.

Stepping into this place I immediately feel like I'm being welcomed into someone's home. The atmosphere is warm and the staff even warmer. It's not often you step into a restaurant and don't feel like you are being rushed on some level; here it feels like you are being encouraged to savor every bite and enjoy every sip for as... More

We happened upon this place during what they call their happy hour. During this time they offer a limited menu from what they have from earlier in day and the dinner menu. We had the burger special which included a burger with brie, and a slice bacon with a side of fries and a tap beer. We had each of... More

Delicious food, good ambience! I'd definitely go again!!! They've got the aesthetic of a farm-to-table restaurant down pat, but in a comfortable and modern manner with some unique twists - my fries came with pumpkin/cranberry ketchup, yum!

What a great place! I ordered the Harvest Salad - it was wonderful. Pickled beets were fantastic, just slightly pickled. I tried the pickled egg which was pickled with the beets so had a slight beet taste. So Yummy! And the bacon. Oh my. The inside can be loud so we chose the patio, soaking up the sun on one... More

This restaurant has reaped much praise, but was not at all to my liking. The food was pretentious, they seasoned perfectly good popcorn with something with rosemary in that was dreadful. They then served French fries with ketchup mixed with something so weird it was inedible for me. The prices were outrageous. $27 dollars for sausage? I wound up paying... More
