If you travel frequently and are looking for one of the best restaurants in Minneapolis please make your destination the Butcher and the Boar. The service and the food is out of this world. The owner Jerald is often found behind the inside bar making sure you have a great experience.

Always full, even in the middle of a week; and for good reason: probably one of the best restaurants in Minneapolis, and it delivers. Our second time dining here, and the food was great on both occasions. The grilled oyster appetizer is a must try. The Pork Chop is unbelievable and large enough for two people to split. The corn bread is a must, and the cheese plate did not disappoint. They also have a wonderful craft beer selection. I would highly recommend.

This is our second trip to the Butcher and the Boar, and it was fabulous. We eat out in the tented bar area because we did not have a reservation. Lots of choices, and great service!
