Fantastic, delicious, locally sourced (as much as possible) Indian fare. Good for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. I don't go here enough!

Ate there after a long day of bike riding. Awesome food and neat atmosphere. My Nepalese friend took me there, so I assume it's authentic; either way, it was delicious!

As mentioned in previous reviews the menu includes both indian and Himalayan dishes. In order to try something different we had the delicious momo dumplings. Also I ordered a Himayalan chicken soup with veggies and noodles made out of Momo dough. Very good on a cold night . I ordered it Medium spicy and it had a nice kick .... More

This restaurant is conveniently located near downtown Minneapolis. The food is good- very unique and great flavors. The service is also good. The only drawback I have to say is that the food portions are often on the smaller side and the rates are on the higher.

I stopped into gorkha palace on a Saturday evening and we seemed to have just beat the rush. We enjoyed a sampler of Mo-mo's, the vegetarian ones left a strange taste in my mouth but the buffalo and turkey momos were fantastic. I tried the chicken sekuwa and was a bit surprised when it came out sizzling on a fajita... More

Had lunch with some friends. There is a large buffet so you can sample several dishes. All are pretty mild, even the ones labeled as spicy. The service is fast and friendly. They have some specialty dumplings that are well worth sampling.

We arrived on a Saturday evening without reservations and the wait was 20-30 minutes but well worth it. Excellent food, good service, and just plain delicious. Will definitely return when back in Minneapolis.

The outside? Fairly grim. And the parking? Grimmer. But it's worth it. The food (Tibetan, Indian, and Nepalese) is consistently terrific, service is great (friendly and knowledgeable), and it's a great value.

Ghorka serves up great food and great service at a very reasonable price. The wait staff is always very friendly and willing to discuss the dishes in detail. The variety available in the different cuisines, Tibetan, Indian and Nepalese is really very good. Good for vegetarians too. The flavors are distinct and the food is well made and generous portions... More
