From American to Italian, from Indian to Ethiopian, I had tried every cuisine except Mexican! So, hubby researched and decided on Las Teresitas! Appearances can be deceptive and this simple restaurant definitely packed quite a punch with its yummy food! I ordered Nachos(without the chorizos), veggie quesadilla and french fries (Can't resist fries) as a takeout! Even tried chip and... More

We saw some reviews of this unassuming place and found it easily when driving past from the airport. We think we were able to get a vegan meal (always a little hard to be sure of all ingredients in places like this). Veggie tacos and burrito. Salsa and chip bar was self serve but some fun options. Folks there were... More

Las Teresitas may not be really fancy but its clean, comfortable, the staff is super friendly and the food is beyond what you'll get at another "Mexican restaurant". The all you can eat chips and salsa bar is great, good chips and the choice of salsas is to die for. I've had several different food items here and have never... More

We had a friend who had a 3 hour layover at the airport and were trying to find a place that was near the airport but not expensive. Glad we found Las Teresitas. We didn't try the salad bar but the tacos and enchiladas were terrific! We were served promptly and had no problems.

We go here occasionally, and would go more if service was consistent. They have a salsa bar which is typically pretty good. The baskets for the salsa don't fit more than one little container, which is super annoying and they never fix this. oh well, not the main problem. a younger server is usually nice and friendly, but an older... They have a great salsa bar - I've always gotten take-out, and I like that you can choose salsas from the bar to take home with your order. I'd say their salsa is above average, and the chips are average - greasy. Entrees I've had the vegetarian burrito and vegetarian quesadilla. Both had similar vegetable filling. I'd say both were... Don't let appearances fool you. If you want great Mexican food, eat here. Located in a small strip center just north of the Minneapolis airport this restaurant doesn't look like much but the food is authentic and made with care. There is a salsa bar in the center of the restaurant filled with tasty homemade salsas and self sever tortilla... More

My husband and I went here with the knowledge that the surroundings were basic but we had heard that the food was good. After having been ignored by the server for 45 plus minutes (well I guess she did seat us but never came back, not even to offer water) we left. Interestingly, she did help others who came in... My boyfriend and I went in there a couple weeks ago during lunch time the place was dirty and not somewhere I would normally want to eat at. we got sat and the server didn't say anything to us about ten mins later she came over and asked if we were ready. I handed her the groupon and she said... More

My husband and I grew up in Southern CA and moved here a few years ago. One thing we have missed is true Mexican food. Although the fake cheese sauce on most chain Mexican restaurant food here is delicious, it's just not traditional and we haven't found a place with even halfway decent ranchero sauce... until now! The place isn't... More
