I'm from the Northeast so we take pizza seriously. I appreciate they did something completely different here and didn't try to make it like a New York or Connecticut slice. That being said the pizza was good and if you're going to have pizza Minneapolis you should probably have it here. I chose a four versus a five because of... More

The pizza was pretty good and the atmosphere stays pretty busy. I arrived at 5 pm and had a seat immediately. An hour later it was standing room only. I had the cauliflower roasted, Korean Bbq, and mushroom pizza.

If you're even slightly adventurous and want to try a non-traditional pizza combination, select the Korean BBQ. The tender and tasty marinated beef was topped with arugula and a soy-chili vinaigrette - altogether delicious! An aside, if you're very hungry, it's not your usual American portion and a bit on the pricier side; $16 per individual 12" pizza.

We went to Pizzeria Lola for lunch and it was absolutely delightful. We started the meal with a beet and arugula salad. I have had a few beet and arugula salads in my day and this one was right up there with the best, the dressing was delicious! The pizza was fabulous and we enjoyed the two that we chose.... More

My wife and I shared a beet and arugula salad and found it delicious. We tried pizza Xerxes and Boise and really enjoyed them. I have to say Pizza Nea is still my favorite pizza place but I thought everything at Lola's was top notch. Our server and the rest of the staff was very quick and efficient.

This place was crowded! We had to wait quite awhile to get a table for our large group. It was so worth the wait! The pizza is made in a large wood burning stove and it is very entertaining to watch them shuffle the pizzas in and out! The Korean bbq pizza was amazing, very different from your typical pizza... Took some friends and family here for my birthday dinner because I had heard great things about it and saw the episode on Diners, Drive-in & Dives. Awesome experience! I'm not sure I will be able to eat pizza anywhere else. Seriously, no other pizza compares to these fire oven roasted flavor bombs. We had the one with Kimchi, The... More

Named Pizza Today's independent pizzeria of the year... And well deserved. The focal point of the restaurant is the awesome, huge copper wood burning oven placed literally in the middle of the restaurant. All of the food, from pizza to pasta and vegetables are cooked in the oven. They even warm up homemade chocolate chip cookies in the oven (and... More
