The fish & Chips and..their tartar sauce was absolutely the best I have ever had. My mom told me about this restaurant. We drive by..very busy. Too be expected after tasting these! We ordered pickup.. Got our order from the food truck..in record time. I will never go anywhere else..when I'm in town...a MUST...REPEAT MUST TRY!!

The cod did seem to be very good quality, but the batter was heavy on grease and low on flavor. I didn't care for the chips. Not crispy or flavorful enough for my taste. Glad I checked it out, but won't be in a hurry to go back.

A long wait for a small, overpriced dinner. Some of the batter was uncooked. After all the rave reviews, I was really disappointed.

Great service and neat atmosphere. While it's "Anchor Fish and Chips" and not "Anchor Kale and Broccoli".... I must say it was pretty greasy and I'm a fish and chips fan. The fish was good quality, but again rather greasy. The chips (also greasy and likely from the monster piece of fish on top of them) were pretty average. Good... More

This place is the best for a deep fried moment and beer. The space is small and always busy, No reservations is their policy and this can be problematic for some people. Parking is on the street in an improving neighborhood with so many great resaurants opening up. We usually sit at the bar. The greeting is friendly and service... More

Their fish is quite fresh and the chips are good. The portion is large as other people said. The reason it's not my favorite is the way they fried fish. People may like it this way but I think it make fish a bit too greasy. I can only finish half of it because of this. I didn't try other... More

Absolutely hands down the best Fish and Chips I've had in 18 years living in the USA .The owners are Irish Ex-pats and must've brought what they knew with them. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The staff are fantastic and the prices are set for the working man so I always leave a sizeable tip otherwise I feel... More

And that sums it up. This place has phenomenal fish and chips. Every time we go, I want to try something different, but can't bear to miss out on the fish. If i lived nearby, I'd eat here five times one week, just to get a chance to try something different! White vinegar on the fish & chips only, not... More

Tried to get in on a Friday night but 1 hr wait, so we went back for lunch on Saturday. The best and largest portion of fish and chips I ever had, you will take some home! Well worth the visit.
