Amazing Cake Doughnuts!

The cinnamon cake doughnuts are to die for. Just make sure to bring cash or check; no credit cards are taken here. And there is always a line so know what you want before you get to the front of the line!

I am not much of a cake donut person, but theirs is amazing. All their pastries are fresh, delish and cheap! I live in the neighborhood and it's kind of a problem :)

If you blink you'll miss it. It's in the middle of a residential area. It's unpretentious and if you love bakery/dessert of any kind, you've come to the right place. They don't have much in the way of donuts, but they have everything else. I loaded up with a number of goodies to take home which included a chocolate chip... More

This bakery is sure to please. The moment you walk in the door your senses are overloaded with baked goodness and smells that are surely from above. I have had the cupcakes, bread, muffins, and cookies and all are so tasty. The staff is polite and accommodating. When you are in town, stop in for a treat and then head... More

I have now tried this bakery 3 times trying a different item each time but I just don't like the baked goods. They seem too greasy or heavy for me . (My favorite place is 3 miles away Mon Petit Cheri Bakery in the Seward neighborhood )

My favorite bakery. The pear tart is my favorite thing to get - the pastry is wonderful and it has a real half of a pear in the middle. Messy but delicious. It is a fun little shop and not snobby at all. Prices are reasonable; actually an absolute steal for how awesome the baked goods are. It is cash... More

I normally go to work early... but sometimes I wake up a bit late to make it for the 6:30 AM open time. Lines will go around the block so get there early. The chocolate dipped cake doughnuts are divine, as are the cinnamon sugar... and I appreciate a business that doesn't mess with glazed. The regular cake doughnut is... More

Ok, I almost don't want to write a review for this place. It's already packed! I live a block away and can smell the donuts from my house in the mornings. The chocolate cake donuts are the best in the Twin Cities. They usually leave the box or bag vented because the donuts are still hot. The baker is just... More

There is nothing like the smell of freshly baked breads and pastries! I only had a few hours to experience Minneapolis and this was one of my first stops! lived up to the expectation/hype! Since it was St. Patrick's Day week there was fresh baked Irish Soda Bread which was excellent! and the chocolate chip cookies were excellent! The young... More
