My fiance and I decided we wanted to go on a romantic date at an upscale restaurant, so we decided on Pittsburgh Blue. Because it is a little "spendy" we decided to split a meal. We ordered the Filet Mignon with a lobster tail; $60 and loaded mashed potatoes; $8. However when we got the food, it was smaller then... More

Two of us ate there on a Saturday night about 8. It was pretty noisy. Not a place for a romantic dinner. French onion soup was very good. The bread was excellent. I had 10 oz prime rib. $29.95. OK, but nothing to brag about. Had better elsewhere. Blue hashbrowns were excellent and hot. Bill for 2 with 2 drinks... More

My family and I recently dined at Pittsburgh Blue in Maple Grove, we were celebrating my wife's birthday. It's a great steak place that's close to home for us, that we frequent regularly. This particular night was no exception the food and service were exceptional. My daughter's coconut shrimp was not to here liking, not because there was anything wrong... More

We went there to celebrate our 21st Anniversary. We sat in a booth in the bar which they thought would be less noisy. Still a very loud busy place so don't go here for quiet meal. Our waitress was very good. We passed on appetizers and glad we did as still plenty full and expensive without them. We shared a... More

We were seated in the dining room and the noise was deafening, we couldn't even hear each other so we moved to a booth in the bar.... Much better. We ordered the large prime ribs and they were OK. Prices are high, food was average. We probably won't be going back.

We came here for a business dinner on the suggestion of a customer. I split the grilled tenderloin steak salad ($19.95) and lobster tacos ($12.95) with my co-worker. The other co-workers ordered the filet mignon ($39.95) and filet "Oskar" (topped with a lump crab cake and asparagus with Bearnaise sauce - $41.95) with sides of loaded mashed potatoes and green... The service was spectacular, and the steak & lobster dinner was extraordinary. We live in Canada and always make a point of visiting this restaurant when we travel to Minneapolis. You have to visit this restaurant at least once in your life!!

Food and service were excellent. great place for a special dinner. For periodic dinner it is extremely expensive, more like a Mortons. So Unless you are in the 1% you will want to plan your trips here. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant and will go back........in the future
