My wife and I went to this restaurant on recommendation and we were not disappointed. Great menu and service I really enjoyed the special of the day steak & pasta preceded by an excellent salad my wife thought that her goat's cheese salad was excellent

Imagine that the hamburger shop in 1931 when the kitchen was established, sold for a princely 5¢. Today the modern restaurant features a varied menu, daily specials and a cordon bleu chef on staff. The food was absolutely delicious... More

I've gone several times for lunch and am always impressed with the unique dishes, but it's a little pricey for a friendly lunch - great for special occasions, business lunches, and those looking for something different. Can accommodate larger groups, but if more than 6-8, expect to be a bit over your hour break for lunch.

The Signature Salad at A.T. the Black & White is, hands down, among the best salads I've ever eaten. I've pretty much ordered it every time I've eaten there!

My daughter and I were amazed and surprised. The food and service was the best in the area. It was prepared by professional chefs and the presentation was first class. So delicious and yummy. Unpretentious decor and relaxing atmosphere. Worth a visit.

The food at the A.T. the Black & White was fresh, hot and tasty! We ordered the steak hash with a poached egg. The steak wasn't very plentiful but was cooked well. It was flavored perfectly with fresh ingredients and just the right amount of spice. My eggs however, were a bit overcooked. The desserts (chocolate & strawberry rhubarb crisp)... More

I walked here from the Waller House Inn and ordered the Caesar salad and the carrot cake for desert. Absolutely delicious! The staff was friendly! The restaurant was clean. I'd definitely recommend this place and eat here again!
