Cheese Cave

The food we had was excellent. We were with some friends and they also thought everything we had was great. Everything tasted great.

Poor customer service. Waited 45 minutes for our sandwiches. Unfriendly wait staff. Food was excellent. Prices were good.

Check out St Pete's Select blue cheese from The Cave. It is absolutely the best anywhere. We buy the precrumbled but also available in wedges. I give as hostess gifts, send it to my son's in Atlanta GA. Used to buy a competitive blue but will not go back. Try it on pizza, chicken or anything you want to add... More

Loved stopping by this place. Food good. Wish they had some sort of information of the place where you can ask staff questions instead of a muted tv screen on how the cheese is made. A guy there really didn't seem to be attentive to tourists and assisting them. Seems he was interested in serving and joking with people he... More

Definitely a must visit in Faribault. I recommend having lunch or dinner there. Everything on the menu is delicious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Their cheese is award winning and to die for.

Nice lunch spot. A few cheese samples. The soup, salad and sandwiches were great and made right in front of us. Nice selection of wines and cheeses. If you have food allergies, it's risky. Some foods do not have labels or labels could not be found. It ended up ok for us and they were as helpful as they could... More

A can't miss if you love cheese! Love that you can get a tasting before you buy. Food is also fantastic - love their paninis and soups.

Warm comfortable atmosphere welcomes you on a cold MN day. Friendly informative staff is very knowledgable on the cheese and wine pairing options. The local MN wines compliment their wonderful lite meal options. Great selection of cheese for all tastes. Try home town award winner Jeff Select I predict it will be your favorite too. Don't be on a time... More

Tami, The proprietor of Historic Hutchinson B&B Told me I should check it out, especially the blue cheese. Well I did and it was amazing. I bought the St. Peter's Reserve blue cheese. It is world renown and only made here. I also bought a cocoa dusted smoked Gouda to die for. And I am a foody. The man who... More

We stopped here based on Trip Advisor recommendations and we're not disappointed. We had two cheese plates - the cave cheese plate and the blue cheese plate. The cheese was amazing!! We will definitely come back again. (The wine was great also and very reasonably priced.)
