In Minnesota for business recently, we ate at this restaurant twice: the first time a local friend took us for dinner. We had oysters & calamari for appetizers. A for the oysters, but the calamari was just average, not even esp crispy. For dinner my husband had the walleye w/ green beans, I had the night's special, sockeye salmon with... More

Let me start out by saying that I absolutely love the ambiance of this restaurant, you feel like you are in Europe! I love that you get this nice little baguette with a pot of yummy butter right when you are seated. However, the last few times I have been there, I have left really disappointed. This past time I... I chose this restaurant because it is part of the Parasole group and I frequent the area. I have eaten here twice and ordered the lunch special both times. I liked it! I had a cup (coffee cup) of soup, an entree and a dessert for $13.00. The serving size is what you might have at home (reasonable) and you... More

We dined here with another couple on saturday night. It was a pouring rain outside so the outside patio crowd were forced inside. Seating, eaven with a reservation was delayed. Waitress was great. recommended against the pork chopp as too fatty. We had the Salmon, the fish special and the chicken. All seemed a little off. Not sure why. I... More

We frequent this restaurant often. Love the French bistro ambiance. Never a bad meal. Last night tried "happy hour"(3-6). The prices were almost half price. Wine is $4. It's decent. The food was wonderful. We started with raw oysters. They were very fresh and tasty. We had steamed mussels. They were inconsistent in size but good. Also tried the beef... More

Ooh la la! Great French Bistro! Lovely atmosphere and menu. Alfresco dining all summer. Fresh baked bread and salted butter are delish. My go to lunch spot. There is something for everyone from burgers to fresh Oysters!

My husband and I have eaten here many times but today's lunch experience may change that. His poached eggs on his eggs Benedict were fully hard boiled yolks. My quiche special was runny filling and soggy crust, honestly not as good as what I've had from the grocery store. The French fries were cold. Our pepper mill was empty. It... More

Had the walleye w/ brussels sprouts and mushrooms as side items. Large portions and immense flavor! We sat in the bar area and the service was quick, polite, & with a French accent.

Like most restaurants in this area everything is a little more spendy, but excellent food and service. Nice outside seating too.

I have dined here 5 times and have enjoyed the friendly service and varied menu. The French onion soup is outstanding and not to be missed. The hamburgers are outstanding!
