I have brought friends to the OPH several times and have never been disappointed. While it isn't what I would call cheap, it is very tasty and the service has been very good. I try to enjoy something different each time and seem to find a new favorite. I tried the apple pancake and it was huge! The waitress tried... More

We never fail to eat breakfast at the Original Pancake House when visiting Minneapolis. This restaurant in Eden Prairie is a newer one. The service is wonderful, the omelets are huge & stuffed with exceptional ingredients, the pancakes are light & fluffy. I ordered the berry pancakes & they came loaded with raspberries, strawberries, & blueberries topped with real whipped... More

I been there few times, the pancakes are good. But the coffee is just nasty! Is like brown water... I ordered one time one cappuccino, the cappuccino was terrible too... I don't know why people like this place so much!

We love OPH! Their strawberry crepes and thick-cut hickory smoked bacon are perfect! A half order is plenty for 1 person. Their apple pancake is really good too (but pretty sweet and filling). They recently started serving gourmet coffees, lattes, chai tea, etc. which was a smart addition when Dunn Bros next door closed. Excellent service - the young man... More

We have eaten here many times and have enjoyed consistently excellent food and service in a very pleasant atmosphere. After the OHP expanded a couple of years ago AND an IHOP moved in less than a mile away, the waits have virtually disappeared, even on weekends.

I love going to OPH! Fluffy pancakes, tasty syrup, crispy meaty bacon, crispy hash browns, great scramble eggs and freshly squeezed orange juice! Tasty brunch essentials! =)

We just loved The Original Pancake House. Yes, it gets crowded, but the wait is never unreasonable. What you get is a delicious fresh cooked meal, whether pancakes, soufflé style omelets you will not leave disappointed.

i'll make it brief... I came in ordered an omelette, found 2 hairs in it. When I brought it to the attention to the waitress, she told me it was probably my hair and stormed off and I will never be back and urge you never to go back as well
