Description: Since 1976 Grandma’s Saloon & Grill has been a casual but lively adventure...
Since 1976 Grandma’s Saloon & Grill has been a casual but lively adventure to the past where value and customer service are at the center of everything we do. You’re surrounded by authentic antiques, collectibles, and an eager staff ready and willing to please. The award winning food includes overstuffed sandwiches and burgers; USDA choice steaks; house specialty pasta and wild rice dishes; appetizers include nationally recognized homemade onion rings, chicken wings, and stuffed mushrooms. It’s an eyeful as well as a mouthful. The legacy of customer satisfaction has been handed down by the Italian immigrant who started it all, “Grandma” Rosa Brochi. Everything she did in her early boarding house business included “100% customer satisfaction,” words that we still live by today. Grandma’s Saloon & Grill is real history, real antiques, real service, and really good food! A dining experience of legendary indulgence.

Wedding weekend.

Saw Grandmas and thought we would try this restuarant. Great service and the lunch menu was fantastic. I had the Chicken Tetzarrini )?) Really good. My husband had the Rueben. It was good too. Our Server was spot on. We would go there again.

The food was fairly good. I wouldn't call it "very" good because it didn't leave that much of an impression on me. I had a good experience. The service was prompt, and I got what I ordered.

My wife and I stop in for lunch and I had the california burger and my wife had the philly steak I have to say that that burger was the best burger I have had in a long time I will be back for another. The bartender Andy was very personable and pleasant great place we will be back. Thanks... More

We ate on the upstairs deck with smaller menu. Food good, onion rings amazing, view the best. However, we wanted a local beer and waitress was unable to help with suggestions. She was young and replied that she knew nothing about beers. We just made a guess and it turned out ok but felt we missed a fun opportunity to... More

The location of Grandma's Saloon and Grill is really ideal. It is located right off the Lakewalk and is family friendly . . . so it got our vote for dinner after biking the Lakewalk. Everyone in our family enjoyed our meal. Spaghetti, fish, chicken and a spicy pasta were the meals that were enjoyed. Nothing outstanding could be said... More

You can always count on Grandma's Restaurant to serve up a good burger. When my husband and I are going out for a casual dinner this is one of our favorite places to go. Not only do we enjoy their burgers - they have my favorite brand of Riesling wine of the restaurants I've visited in Duluth. Their Riesling is... More

It seems the less busy the wait staff is the worse the service is...that being said , I feel it is a bit of a tourist trap but fun never the less.I ordered French fries and sent them back because they were cold and the new ones were cold as well. Our burgers were great. Think Grandma's shouldn't rest on... More

We had great service. All of the staff was friendly. Funky, fun old stuff interior. Food was very good. Try the poutine, chicken soup and walleye.

Was staying close for business. I stopped here on a Sunday night. It wasn't busy but enough I felt sorry for the one waitress that seemed to have the whole restaurant area. I ordered the Wild Rice Stuffed mushroom appetizers and the Marathon Spaghetti. It was ok but not a real WOW factor. The interior of the whole restaurant seemed... More

The place just screams tourist trap, but the malts are hand-spun, a lot of the bartenders and servers have been there since the place opened, and the service staff is friendly. Get there early on the weekends!
