The burgers are excellent and they have a great choice of beer. My husband was in IPA heaven. The burger was huge with a large portion of fries, so make sure you are hungry!

Their wild rice burger is my all time favorite. Also they have great beer but only if you like craft brews. They play great music usually around 10 pm, but it's a small venue and can get hot and over crowded. But still my favorite place to eat in Duluth. I always recommend it to people visiting the twin ports

We first dined here in 2004 and were impressed by their Beer-battered Fish & Chips; it was perfectly fried and seasoned. My husband’s favorite is their wild rice burger. We returned frequently over the years and never had a bad meal here. The place has a nice brew house atmosphere with very good bar food and great root beer floats.

Fitger's has been around much longer than most of the new microbreweries popping up everywhere, but more than holds its own. I would recommend the elk burger and their fries especially, and the beer variety is excellent.

I cannot go past Duluth and not stop at Fitgers! As a craft brewery they offer an ever changing selection of excellent beer. As a restaurant they offer what I can only assume is a fantastic menu, though I can only bring myself to order the burgers - because I would be afraid of what would happen to me if... More

The food to me was average and nothing special. I had a burger and it was a bit dry. The fries and beer were good. We ate there around 8pm and it was so hot in there that we tried to hurry through our meal so we could leave. My friend ordered the chocolate cake and it was delicious!

I eat here frequently and love the fries, salads, large portions and the service is great too. The variety of beer is a plus too.

Had heard of Fitger's for many years. Stopped by while on an unexpected layover in Duluth. Expected a LONG wait without a reservation, but very surprised with the short time. Got to walk along L Superior on an incredibly beautiful day while waiting for the hostess to call us on our cellphone!! (no cumbersome pagers!!). Enjoyed a cold local brew... More

Have been here a few times -- every time we travel through Duluth - as we love the atmosphere. This time around we tried the apricot beer, which was a great brew. Hubby tried the big boat oatmeal stout - good choice. The special that day was a grilled cheese sandwich -- gourmet style -- which was another excellent choice.... More

We asked the waiter for his suggestions and he suggested fish tacos, cowboy burger or Chipotle Chicken Salad. We made sure we ordered them all and he was spot on. Everyone enjoyed the food and beverages. Will come back if ever in Duluth again.
