The view was great from the upper deck! The food was not great. I had the raspberry chicken wrap. The chicken was tasteless and the lettuce on the wrap very bitter. My husband had a burger. He said it was just okay and the cheese tasted like processed cheese.

Ordered two drinks and it was 5.36. Happy hour I guess. Not very busy but it was a Monday. Lots of room to park (30 min) and two bars

Ate at the Grandma's in Virginia Minnesota. Food was ok but prices were out of line. I had a plate of chicken wings, (one drummie and four of those little end pieces for $5.99), one small glass of beer for over $5.00 and a side dinner salad for $4.50. What a disappointment! The quality or the quanitity to no justify... More

First timers at Grandma's and won't be back. Thought we'd check it out since its well known in Duluth and we should have saved our $$ and went else where. Sat up on the outside patio and ordered food and we waited almost 90 mins for us to get our COLD appetizer of onion rings!! Sent them back and waitress... More

This experience was poor from the start. We arrived to be ignored by the staff checking us in for over 5 minutes and us and 8 other people were waiting during this time. Once seated we waited over almost 10 minutes before our waitress greeted us.... This was not during a busy time. Our food was subpar... Disappointing

Really the lake experience covers for any shortcomings of the place. We went twice in one day. Drinks on the patio overlooking the lift bridge was a highlight of our trip. later for dinner service wasjust OK. but so hard to beat the location.

This place is busy even on weekdays. We had to wait 10mins to be seated. We tried house speciality Bicycle burger & oriental chicken salad. They were very good minus the fries & lettuce. You can buy chocolate truffles which are on display after the meal..

My husband and I arrived in Duluth for our first night of vacation and wanted to start off our stay with a meal at Grandma's. We got to the restaurant for a supper meal and decided to sit outside on the upstairs balcony that overlooks the Lift Bridge. Our hostess said we could seat ourselves up on the balcony. My... More
