My wife and I enjoyed a late night meal upon our arrival to Duluth for a weekend away from kids. Both of us chose burgers which were delicious as usual. We were pleasantly surprised to receive happy hour prices on a Friday night which we were advised to by our great server upon arrival if we chose to sit at... More

The menu selection was varied, the food was tasty, the service was very good, and the prices were reasonable. Many wines and beer to chose from.

Grandma is a must stop whenever we're in Duluth. The food is pretty good and so is the service. The location on Canal Park is ideal. This time we had hot wings and walleye cakes. Both were great.

Classic American Bistro food with antique charm hanging from the ceiling. We ordered the burgers and fish and it was consistent. Not our first time on this merry-go-round and when we come back to Duluth and are in the area, it is likely we'll return here...

I was amazed at how good the food was at Grandmas. The cooks, even though the seem to be short order cooks, went way out of their way to prepare the food exactly as asked. Very pleaseantly surprised.

We ate lunch at this particular location (there's another location in a different part of town) in August. We arrived right around 11, and were seated immediately. It was very slow at that time. We were seated in the dining area with the bar, which was new for us: in the past we'd been seated in the 1950s-era looking section.... More

Liked the food and staff. The wait was long, but there were enough people to watch and shopping to do while we waited. The chicken wings were very tasty!! Will go again !

We really enjoy Grandmas for their specialties. Their chicken wild rice soup is superb as is their stuffed mushrooms with mornay sauce. I tried the steak cheese French this time and it was excellent. Only complaint was the fries were cold and stale. Otherwise would be a five for my family. Never had a bad waitress here either.

We walked over from our hotel, and even though the place was quite busy, we were seated in about 10 minutes. I was very excited to find a gluten free menu, and enjoyed my dinner of grilled chicken and fresh fruit! We had 3 teens with us who each chose a different meal, and had plentiful portions, and cleaned their... More

We stopped for lunch on a Sunday afternoon because it was convenient to the museum, but the restaurant was super busy. We came back a couple hours later and were seated right away. My sister, who lives in Minnesota, said the wild rice soup is a must-try while in the state, so I stepped out of my comfort-zone. So glad... More
