Description: Everything from our award winning breads to our crisp golden hash browns are made from scratch daily. Whether it's muffins for your morning meeting or a cake for your wedding, the Amazing Grace Bakery and Cafe is gladly here to serve you. We have always seen the need for locally conscious and globally friendly businesses. That's why we also specialize in local eggs from Promised Land Farms, local honey from the Bar Bell Bee Ranch, fresh local beer from the Bent Paddle Brewing Company, beans from local roasters Alakef, local syrup from Simple Gifts, all of our to go containers and utensils are compostable, and we also compost all of our food and coffee waste. This bakery that added a coffee shop that started making sandwiches that started making breakfast all in the same spot has been locally owned and operated since its inception, 1995. Built on one iconic saying from our late founder, "be kind, be brave, don't eat bad bread", the Amazing Grace has held true to those ideals for nearly two decades and will for many more to come.

The Duluth Sourdough was one of our favorites. We have always picked up a loaf on the way up to the North Shore. Unfortunately, they changed it and it's very ho hum and bland. Very sad indeed, and one less stop for us to make. Too bad....

We usually eat/drink here when we go to Duluth. Enjoyable, funky atmosphere. We were driving through this time, so it was a light meal. Coffee, tea, scone, soup. All quite good. For a person of a certain age, this is a trip back in time. You should go here..

It was difficult for us to find a table, and difficult to figure out if we were supposed to order from a menu or from the counter, but once we figured it out we had a great time and had great sandwiches! They even have a small beer and wine menu. Super cute decor and coffee shop type atmosphere.

We are vacationing in Duluth and after the aquarium today we came here for lunch. I had the Turkey with provolone and their cranberry mayo on the homemade honey wheat. The bread is nice thick slices ( half sandwich was plenty) I added the lentil soup. Husband had the ham on the wheat wand the corn chowder. This place is... More

I visit this cafe every time I am in Duluth. I love the outdoor eating area where I enjoy my coffee and scone. Service can be a little slow at times. Sandwiches are good, as well as baked items. If it is busy, the full menu is not worth the wait.

Stopped and had a sandwich here - it was really big! Made with their own homemade bread. Very tasty - had someone playing the piano that evening. Great little nook we found! Glad to share!

We came here twice during our stay in Duluth - eventually finding it the first time. If you use the address to find it then it is inside an anonymous building, but it is easier to find by the tables outside around the corner! You can sit down and be served breakfast or just order pastries at the counter. We... More

I have read several negative reviews about this place before I stopped by. We were on vacation and stayed in a nearby hotel. I found this location via tripadvisor. I was surprised by the polarized reviews. We came for breakfast and it was a lovely morning so we opted to eat outside. The waitresses did not seem thrilled to our... More

On our last day in the Duluth area we stopped for a late breakfast at this restaurant. The initial wait time to be seated was estimated at 15 to 20 minutes and took about 25. We received our beverages quickly, but it took a long time to have our food order taken. Our wait for our food was over 30... More
