Everything from our award winning breads to our crisp golden hash browns are made from scratch daily. Whether it's muffins for your morning meeting or a cake for your wedding, the Amazing Grace Bakery and Cafe is gladly here to serve you. We have always seen the need for locally conscious and globally friendly businesses. That's why we also specialize in local eggs from Promised Land Farms, local honey from the Bar Bell Bee Ranch, fresh local beer from the Bent Paddle Brewing Company, beans from local roasters Alakef, local syrup from Simple Gifts, all of our to go containers and utensils are compostable, and we also compost all of our food and coffee waste. This bakery that added a coffee shop that started making sandwiches that started making breakfast all in the same spot has been locally owned and operated since its inception, 1995. Built on one iconic saying from our late founder, "be kind, be brave, don't eat bad bread", the Amazing Grace has held true to those ideals for nearly two decades and will for many more to come.

This is a very nice restaurant with excellent food and service. It's like eating at home with mama or grandma. It's a place I will return.

Great little sandwich shop and small bakery. Can get very croweded but worth the wait. They had two Gluten Free bakery options this morning. A really yummy lemon bar and chocolate cookie.

Food was good, restaurant was nice looking, but the service was terrible. We were told the wait would be 20 minutes but it turned into 35, and then we waited 10 minutes to be greeted by our waitress and then waited 25 minutes for our food. To top it off, the bill was rang up incorrectly. At that point we... More

My family and I went in on 7/25/2015. I also had a old friend from school come to visit as she lives in the area. They had live music from 11am-1pm. That was mediocre. It also had it hard to talk. The space is extremely cramped and when you have a stroller it's even harder to move through the tables... More

Stopped here with my 12 year old daughter on our way to the ferry boat tour. Outdoor patio was full, so we went inside. We only had limited time, and our waitress was very accommodating. She helped us getting out within 15 minutes. Food was good service was good, looks like a fun place to come back to.

The lattes are always perfect. We also like the sandwiches which are made with all the best ingredients. On top of that is the desserts which are also excellent - try the carrot cake!

My daughters wanted to try this place for breakfast. It took 10 minutes standing in front of the 'hostess will seat you' booth before one of the MANY employees noticed us. She seated us with 4 waters and 3 menus, because that's all they had. Waited Another 15 minutes, and right before we were going to walk out a man... More

A great place to get healthy and filling soups, sandwiches and bakery items. Inside dinning and outdoor dining available. While all other restraunts were busy and long had long waits Amazing Grace could accomedate people on site in a friendly and efficient manner.

Local art, good sweets and coffee. Head downstairs in Dewitt spitz and get a cookie and a coffee for your walk on the lake walk. Good vibe, nice spot. You won't be sorry you stopped.
