We enjoyed an excellent affordable Thai lunch. Server was fast, polite, and responsive. We'll be back.
Stopped in to this restaurant with a friend for a quick lunch before heading out of town. So glad I did! The waitress was very personable and gavexa great overview of the specials, menu, and deserts. I got green curry and my friend got Thai Basil. Both were excellent and served up quickly. Id highly recommend this restaurant. I hear... More
Lunch order was extensive and taken by very helpful and all-round delightful owner, Pak. Truly fresh and very crisp vegetable medley with chicken was wonderful. My all-time favorite, Pad Thai with tofu was excellent. The tofu done to a tee. The restaurant was busy for lunch, but service was timely and very friendly.
I was sent here by the helpful folks at Tortoise and Hare shoes who highly recommended the place. I was not disappointed. Do not be put off by the exterior appearance and when you walk in there will not be much ambiance but...the food is great! Since my first visit I have been back several times and it has been... More
We went here for lunch, and while I can say it didn't look like much from the outside.....don't judge a book by it's cover! Just really good, fresh Thai food! A great value and real hidden gem! It seems a little out of the way or off the beaten path, but boy was it good.....and so reasonable! we will be... More
Here in Duluth on vacation and have been eating a lot of Walleye! Decided to try something different, and after reading all the great reviews, we settled on Pak's. It was terrific. Had the coconut soup with shrimp, some of the tiny spring rolls, green curry with mock duck, the mango and sweet rice, and Thai iced tea. Everything was... More
Wow! After reading all the great reviews, we had to try it for ourselves. The place is small and quaint, the menu is fairly limited, but the service and food are EXCELLENT!!!
This is some good Thai...not your average, run-of-the-mill, greasy, pre-packaged Thai food. You can tell it's made fresh with high-quality ingredients. The recipes are new twists on old favorites. It's basically Thai food for foodies, gourmets, etc. We had the wontons and pad Thai. The wontons were small but the dipping sauce they came in was delightful. It was delicate... More
Pak has great fresh affordable food. (that covers it, no need to read on) Don't be thrown off by the Thai references. They have un-Thai food also. Like the Canadian dish called Poutine. My favorite turkey sandwich and pulled pork sandwich was made there. Everything we try has been prepared with attention to detail and tastes like it. Green curry... More
I eat here quite a few times a week. I was stationed in Southern Thailand for a summer and this is the most authentic Thai I have ever had across the United States. The service is incredible and they will only serve dishes that they love! If you are into Thai cuisine you will not be disappointed. It is a... More
