Amazing food, amazing drinks, atmosphere is glamorous, I can't say enough about this place, there are very few classy places in Duluth and this is one of them. Only hard thing is there can be a long wait if you come with a large group of people on the weekend.

We were here recently for a small wedding reception.
The service was excellent and genuine, not painted on. The choice of food and the quality is very good. I had the beef tips which weren't the best I've had but they were good. Menu prices were surprisingly good.

Went to Blackwater two nights in a row with two different sets of friends. Everyone enjoyed the live music and the variety of beverages was mind boggling. Musicians provided fun live entertainment. We would definitely return.

Love the atmosphere, a little upscale, cool jazz, great apps, nice drinks. Upscale but not stuffy. Big comfy easy chairs, nice little corners to get lost in.
