Great view

Had breakfast here, nice how restaurant revolves so you get a good view of the city. Food was good and reasonably priced. Would be fun to try at night to see the city lights.

Service was bad, waiters and waitresses fighting over tables, waited too long for our food, restaurant was gross, pancakes and French toast came burnt.

We last visited this establishment when two of our now teens were little (5 & 9 yrs old). Our kids get a huge kick that the restaurant rotates and you can see everything in and around the Duluth Harbor area! You will not be disappointed with the food! We shared menu items, Walleye Sandwich, Chicken Sandwich, and Smoked Brisket Poutine.... More

Wanted to try the new restaurant formerly known as the Top Of The Harbor at our old stomping grounds, Radisson Duluth Hotel. The view itself makes it worth the trip. Went for brunch. Nice menu selection...prices not bad...food quality not the greatest. Tried the Smoked Brisket Poutine. Lots of potatoes but very little meat and the gravy was lukewarm. Menu... More

We ate here because we wanted to visit the revolving restaurant. The views are great and that made it fun. The service was very good, the food was good, but it was quite expensive. We had dinner so we could Duluth at night - perhaps breakfast would have been a better price.

We came in with family from out of town for Bluesfest. Cindy, our waitress, was absolutely fantastic and made the whole dining experience very enjoyable! What a fun night. Compliments to the chef as well - the cinnamon rubbed sirloin was delicious!

The menu was to the point, we started with the perfectly prepared scallops, it was refreshing and light with the hollandaise orange sauce! My boyfriend and I split the pecan crusted walleye with mashed potatoes and vegetables! Great portions to split, and our server Tyler was knowledgable and very attentive! Definitely will be returning customers :)

We didnt want to leave the hotel for breakfast so we decided on this place on the roof of the Radisson Hotel. It has breathtaking views of Duluth and it revolves 360 degrees every hour.
