Best view in Duluth (from the indoors). Revolving roof top dining, looking out over the Christmas lights, watching freighters entering the harbor, jazz on Saturday nights and great interesting food.

Party of eight for a holiday dinner. Service was terrible, view was great. Food was very uneven. All reported that the steaks were vastly under cooked. Duck was good Can not count on a quality experience here.

Had the beef filet, cooked perfectly. Service was top notch and the view is the best in Duluth. Restaurant takes less than an hour to do a full rotation, so you get to see the entire view.
