Stopped for a quick dinner and have to say service was not what I would have expected. I had to go searching for silverware and wait for my check. Granted there was a bad snow storm but the staff looked overwhelmed.

Took the wife her for valentines night dinner. The rose pedals on the table, dim lighting, and jazz band made the atmosphere nice. Be careful, as other have stated there are good and bad tables. I requested a table move as soon as we were seated, as tables in the middle of the atrium are significantly quieter. Food was good,... More

We have an office near the airport and I work late sometimes. This place really fits the bill for me; much better than fighting the crowds or finding a place to park at the Mall. The food is reasonably price for a restaurant that looks very fancy. I definitely recommend it!

Very tasty steaks - I highly recommend them. Atmosphere so so but is in a hotel, so would prolly never zing. Service so so - I asked for a knife and ended up getting it myself from the next table.

The Pablo walleye fish is outstanding. The gingersnap drink is great, sweet corn succotash was great. Food outstanding for a hotel but the service sucked . Completely ignored on a not so busy night

Ordered a french onion soup and a wedge salad. It was OK. Service was decent, and dining in the hotel was convenient.

We ended up, not by choice but due to a set of lost luggage by Delta, staying at the Embassy Suites on a Saturday night. We were hungry and "settled" for their in house restaurant. What a GREAT meal. It's just a great little steakhouse hidden among the palms at the hotel. Everything, from the breads to the shrimp cocktail... More

This restaurant can keep up with the best of them on Steaks. The one I had was great, juicy with just the right marbling to make it tender and tasty. This is the restaurant in the Embassy Suites Hotel at Minneaplis Airport.

Feed-lot beef, inflated prices, but the service is quite good. The wine-list is extensive but mostly mid-quality.

For a quality dining experience close to the Mall of America, this is the place to be. Several things set Woolley's apart from many of the others in the area. 1 - Chef Adam puts his personal touch in every plate. You can see the pride in the preparation. 2 - The staff is excellent. If you watch a Food... More
