Kinkaid's is one of the best restaurants in Minnesota. Since my first dining experience here in 1989 I have been impressed. If you want an enjoyable night out and excellent food this is the place to be. The setting is modern with a coat check greeting you as you enter. Parking is free and the door to Kinkaid's is steps... Kincaid's has been a MSP top choice for many years. Went there with friends and was underwhelmed. The food was dependably good, but not great - as one would expect with these prices and reputation. This follow several business dinners and lunches where I came away with the same feeling. They seem to be mailing it in these days -... More

I frequently travel to Minneapolis for business and stay in the Bloomington area. When I'm entertaining someone, or just want a good meal by myself, I end up at Kinkaid's more often than not. There are no other restaurants I'm aware of in the area that compare. There is a varied menu, everything is usually prepared well, and the atmosphere... More

The food, as always, was wonderful. Both the steaks and seafood are prepared perfectly, with attention to detail. My preference for higher end dining is to visit restaurants with al a carte menus, Kincaid's does a terrific job matching sides to the main entree. The selection of meal options is more diverse than many restaurants in the higher end, so... More

We started with the crab cakes, which were wonderful and also received the crab artichoke dip compliments of the chef. Definitely preferred the carb cakes, but I have a soft spot for them. Also enjoyed the filet and prime rib, which were both excellent. Finished off by splitting a mouth-watering chocolate cake with hot fudge poured table side...very delicious!

When in the area, take time to seek out Kincaids. Hard to find as its at the base of 8400 building. Need to go in parking ramp to find it as there are no signs along the road. Never had a bad meal. Prime Rib, Steaks or Walleye. Be prepared though $$$$ but you get a great meal and large... More

Went on Super Bowl Sunday so it was really quiet but we had great service. Got the Asian Mahi Mahi, one of the specials and it was delicious. Not a huge fan of the lobster bisque, but thechocolate mouse was delicious as well.

Reliably good food in a pleasant environment with top notch service. While their prices aren't for the faint of heart, they must be doing something right as they've had a strong run-been coming here at least 20 years-despite the suburban office park location. Menu always features a selection of fresh fish, chops and steaks with a few of the entrees... More

We usually love Kincaids for a special night out, so when reservations were in the cards for this Thanksgiving, I made them early and was really looking forward to the meal! Sad to say, we all were terribly disappointed in the food. We ordered a sampler plate to start - tenderloin pieces, coconut shrimp, crab dip. Should have been great,... More
