Terrific, friendly service and the fish and chips was the best we had on our recent trip to the North Shore. Would recommend stopping here while visiting the North Shore.

Took my wife and daughter here for dinner and it was great. Our food was cooked perfectly and was REALLY yummy. The service was friendly and excellent. The server checked up on us a couple of times. The rustic interior was pleasing to the eye and very clean. There is a nice wine and drink list also. Beaver Bay has... More

I really wanted to like this place, but my fish was so undercooked I couldn't eat it. When I finally got the waitress to come over it was a big hassle to get her to do anything about it. They made me another meal, but while I was waiting the waitress ignored me and it wasn't that busy. Then she... More

Restaurant was 'North Shore' type atmosphere and food. Comfortable, great service. Food was good, but not outstanding. We enjoyed our visit, and the wait staff was efficient and friendly.

This was some of the best food we had on the North Shore! The food was very good and tasted homemade. The staff was extremely friendly and fast!

A very welcoming place! The staff went above and beyond. I had the Salmon and my Honey had the Ruben. We were both pleasantly surprised. Also the beer selection was top notch and the gift shop area had one of a kind items. Don't hesitate and head on in...

Absolutely fantastic. We had the herring special, fresh caught, lightly breaded and well seasoned. Friendly and inviting service and the atmosphere was great. Highly recommend!

We originally wanted to try lemon wolf, but the wait was too long. Glad we checked out camp 61. Although there was a wait, there were places to sit. I had the pasta w fennel sausage, yummy w garlic bread. My husband had a Cuban sandwich, Minnesota is not a barbeque place, so it was average. With beverages, the bill... More

On our first evening in the area we visited here. We both chose pulled pork sandwiches. The pork was very tasty, moist and tender with a smoky sauce to accompany. Although there only appeared to be two staff covering both tables and bar we were served quickly and efficiently. We liked the casual atmosphere and though it was a good... More

Outstanding BBQ meats. Nothing even close to this quality in the twin cities or Duluth. Comfortable relaxing place to enjoy life on the North Shore
