Nice Place

For a strip mall restaurant this is a nice place...not your hole in a wall Chinese restaurant. Service is good and some of the better Chinese food I've had.

This is the second time I've eaten at the Blue Ginger Kitchen. The first time there were 2 of us, we each purchased a different soup and an egg roll, and neither of us were happy. The egg roll was dry and had an off taste and the soups were lacking just about everything. Yesterday I tried it again and... More

Good food with fresh flavor. Crab cheese was excellent. Tried a beef and a chicken dish and both were very good. Waiter was so good we commented to the owner on our way out the door. Only negative, the beef dish I had came with broccoli that was raw. Would have much preferred at least a light steam or sauté... More

This is our favorite Chinese restaurant around Grand Rapids. The staff is very friendly, service is quick and the food never disappoints. My personal favorites are the moo shoo pork, Szechuan pork, and cashew chicken. My husband loves the Hunan pork. They have the best crab cheese!

Some friends invited me for lunch here on a Sunday. Had never been there before so was pleasantly surprized. My favorite? Cheese wontons and of course pot stickers. They have great ones!

Moved to this end of town a year ago. We had our favorite oriental restaurant on the north side of town but it's quite a drive. We've been looking for a replacement for a year now. We've tried a half dozen and we're excited when someone mentioned Blue Ginger. I will admit it is the best in the area but... More
