We found this place by accident after getting off the Hart - Montague bike path and it was the perfect place for lunch. Staff was very friendly, sandwiches were large and tasty and eating in the garden was wonderful. Highly recommended.

We've been going to Pekadill's for many summers. The ice cream is wonderful. They also have a nice menu of sandwiches and salads that are quite good. It's definitely my favorite lunch place in Whitehall.

is an experience you don't want to miss. The daily features are huge with a choice of a 4" 6" or 8" sandwich made fresh and delivered to your table and a cup of fine homemade soup. Delicious! Outside is a garden area beautifully landscaped with table dining and a children's area to boot. Cafeteria style but with the crowds... More

What a setting for a simple meal or dessert. Our grandson lost count of the variety of flowers and plants in the garden eating area. It is almost too elegant for a lunch counter, but that's not a complaint. Large portions on the sandwiches (and we had half sized!). If you're in the area this is a must go.

This place has an incredible garden with multi-level decks. We were there for lunch, but I would lover to try to the place for a summer dinner.

Good place for sandwiches and ice-cream. Service is friendly and the gardens are a really fun place to take your food and eat. They have space inside if the weather doesn't cooperate, but outside is so much better.

Fridays and Saturdays in the summer months, find your way to Pekadills in Whitehall for some really delicious ribs. Enjoy eating in the garden area. We order take-out and enjoy them aboard our boat.

We stopped in earlier this week. Interesting place, lots of choices on the menu but the prices seemed quite expensive to us. We were there later in the day. Staff was very friendly. What we had was average in quality and quantity, but was a bit expensive for what we got.
