Prepare for a dining experience unlike any other. Watch as your personal chef performs the ancient art of Teppanyaki. Listen as razor-sharp blades slice through tender steak and juicy chicken. Take in the aroma of sizzling shrimp, lobster and savory vegetables. Or visit our sushi bar, where your sushi chef will prepare fresh nigiri, sashimi and specialty rolls, all with the same flair that made Benihana a legend in Japanese cuisine. Good food in a fun atmosphere !

I visited Benihana to help celebrate a relatives graduation. Each table seats 10 people while a chef cooks everyone's meal in front of them. I always love going to this restaurant. Not only do you get great food, you also get entertainment. Definitely make a reservation. I have been here countless times and have never had a bad experience.

I was surprised with the popularity of Benihana when we visited. Thankfully, we had reservations and the wait was not long. They do a good job of getting people seated promptly without too long a wait. The food was quite good and our 18 month old grand daughter was thoroughly entertained. Steak was good -( I recommend the filet for... More

We recently went there to celebrate my son's birthday with family and friends. The wait was a little long, and we did have a reservation, but the experience was very good. The restaurant is nice from the outside, and has a nice lobby. It shares the building it's in with other tenants, but it's very upscale. The seating is ample,... More

A large group of us went for a birthday dinner celebration. We had reservations and did not have to wait to long for a table. The food is average and very expensive. The show was a NO Show. Boring as all get out. No fun! Will not return.

A group of us ate at Benihaha. The restaurant had a fair number of people and we had to wait a few minutes before getting seated. Overall the atmosphere of the restaurant was tired. Our hibachi chef made a valiant effort to entertain but in the end, the food was pretty ordinary, and I have to say that I was... More

It was my first time there, though I have been to other hibachi grills. Recommend the hibachi rice in addition to your meal. My husband had the tuna and said use the sauce they give you to go with it. I had the chicken and shrimp-very tender chicken. The place was quite busy. Service from waiter a little slow, but... It's pretty much your typical Benihana. Was there with some work colleagues. Instead of the Hibachi dinner we opted for the sushi bar. Nothing to write home about. Sushi chef was not oriental and struggled making the different rolls and pieces of sushi we asked for. When we go it, it was fine. Nothing special Prices were about average for... More

Have been going to the Benihana in Troy for years (when it was the Kyoto). The same high quality of food and service has been in place for years. Newer chefs bring new ideas to the table. Special orders are not a problem as the food is prepared fresh in front of you. We enjoy the Troy location over the... More
