I've been to Mon Jin Lau for Troy restaurant week 4 times now. Each trip has been an outstanding meal and the choices for restaurant week are very good. My wife and i both had seafood spicy noodles last week and we both had to take some home and I'm a big eater. Mine was hot and hers no spice.... More

They are not friendly and make you want to turn around and walk out the door. They need some training. Try Cafe Sushi.

Best Asian food I have ever eaten. Great hot and sour soup. Order Buddah's Feast! Fantastic vegetable dish with crispy Tofu. The lamb chops with peanut sauce rocked! Wish it wasn't so far from home. I'd love to return!

I was told this was great sushi and they didn't lie. Sat at the bar and had great fast service. Nice drinks and friendly staff, the owner was behind the bar and seemed very sincere.

The food here is always great, but it can get pretty busy so sometimes service is slow. This can be a little frustrating since it isn't a cheap restaurant. However, the food is fantastic and I have been here many times. I love the Asian Filet. It's always delicious. Their sushi is great, too. It's always fresh and you can... More

I love this place , and would give 5 stars if they stopped pushing you out...IE, clearing your table before you're finished, hovering while you eat. If they would just back off, I would be happy. The food is good. Because they push us out I give 3 stars

Mon Jin Lau has excellent food with a very wide menu. Service was prompt and attentive throughout. Good wine list accompanies the menu. The only downside is the noise level. We were in a side room off the main room so we thought it would be quieter. Once the room filled up it got very loud like the main room.... More

Mon Jin Lau. Has been around forever! That is probably because of the outstanding quality of food and service found there. It is definitely a notch above your standard Chinese restaurant. The shrimp and lobster sauce is amazing and usually my favorite. However, I have never been disappointed by anything I have ordered.
