Great beer, good food, cool place.

DH and I are fans of North Peak brews, so we were excited to visit while in the Traverse area. Liked the building and atmosphere. If we had time to hang out longer I would have definitely wanted to grab a beer on their patio. We each had a nice beer flight. I also tried the American Pale Ale... read more

First, be mindful that most seating is in ELEVATED booths. Table feet run at a cross angle to table, so it presents trip concerns upon exiting. The hamburg/French fry combo is excellent, prepared with local meat. Their Shirley's stout is well worth trying, especially during happy hour. You should not be disappointed in visiting!

Try a beer flight! Food was ok. Menu was limited. Would like to see more than pizza and burgers. Nice ambiance.

I have to say that the food was quite good. The service was good. The noise was ear splitting. The acoustics are such that the noise has no place to go. Dinner conversation only worked that night if you were conversant in American Sign Language. The food was very good but the service was only fair to good. The noise... More

We enjoyed a very good meal at North Peak Brewing. We tried a couple different beers, both very nice and flavorful. The server was very professional and engaging, too. Unfortunately, the food was slightly disappointing. Chicken wings were well-coated in a cherry BBQ sauce, and the cherry flavor was not offset by anything spicy or vinegary, so it didn't seem... Ate here for the first time through recommendation of a good friend. We loved every bit of it. The service was great and the beer was nice and cold (not to mention well crafted). Definitely plan on going back soon.

Great offerings in the menu, both in beer brewed on site and eats. It can be a little loud as it is a busy restaurant set in a brick, former early 19th century candy factory....high ceilings and energetic atmosphere. Get the white cheddar ale soup, it's the best around. Served with mustard pretzels it is the star of my meal!... More

We have ate here several times and have never been dissatisfied with our food or service. The food is good, the beer selection is awesome and the prices are reasonable. I would recommend this place for lunch or dinner.

After a short wait we were seated and served by a lovely young lady called Kendall who was friendly, smiling and attentive. The atmosphere was great as was the food. Definately recommend.

We only stopped here for drinks but the food looked good also. We tried several of the craft breweries in the area and this was definitely the best. It seemed to be very popular as it was crowded both inside and out. We sat at the bar so we didn't have to wait for a table. This was located conveniently... More
