Good eats

A downtown restaurant in a good convenient location to the Park Place Hotel. Menu is varied, service is good. Good selection of meal items. Ate lunch there 3 times in my stay.

We are return patrons of this restaurant. This time we were surprised to find a special menu being served, featuring the Mexican cuisine. The meals were thoughtfully prepared and delicious! Our dessert was a surprise...having thought one of us ordered a carmel apple strudel, we were actually served a subdivided carmel apple with the most delicious sauces! It was all... More

This is a very nice restaurant and the atmosphere is very good. It's in the higher end of cost for T.C. The atmosphere was nice and the staff was good. The food was good with good flavoring. It was high end but didn't knock my socks off. I would recommend but wouldn't be overly eager to go back.

I had a great birthday lunch at Amical. I could enjoy the fish pate with gluten free crackers and a great margarita! The service was kind and we had an amazing time!

I went with a group of friends to amical and ordered the roast chicken and the amical salad. The chicken was great, but I am still thinking about the salad... It was flavor perfection! I will be back for that salad every time I am in the area!

This is a "must visit" for us when in TC, which is often. The atmosphere is French cafe casual. The food is delicious, with a nice variety of entrees (last night was the Mexican menu). Their meat and fish entrees are always excellent. Their Whitefish pate is the best we've had anywhere. The wait staff is always very friendly and... More

I was told of this restaurant and believe me I was not disappointed. The food is based upon a cook book available in the restaurant. I found the food very tasty and unique. I don't think you would be disappointed if you choose Amical.

Amical is very good, but as TC has stepped up its food game, Amical has stayed the same. The service is (almost always, but not absolutely always) very professional and knowledgeable. (Tonight's server, Jamie, was tops.) The food is excellent but pricey….and at times a little skimpy. What brings me back time after time is the atmosphere. It is exciting... More

Every aspect of this dining experience was perfect. Friendly staff. Efficient service and lovely view. The Chicken Saltimbuca was deeeeeeelishious and my husband had a lovely Primivera. Nice and inexpensive wine selection, but dessert. We were told to save room and were so glad that we did. Great carrot cake. A plus all the way.

If you want to hang out with rich white older Americans than this is the place for you! For 18 to 30 dollars a plate this places sucks. It wasn't bad but for that money you better make it something really good. Meh, let the stuffy rich people blow there money here
