Traveling for work I wanted a place that was not a chain. I got it here, it was the local type of place you would expect. The food was good and the service delivered by a waitress that was in a cast. She tried so hard to make it not my problem that she was in a cast but was... More

Went here for bfast last week while vacationing in northern MI, server was super sweet. Restaurant was dirty; I know it's a diner but the carpet and bathrooms were filthy. Was expecting more from the corned beef hash, lots of potatoes and onions, not too much corned beef.

Round's is legendary in TC. It's been around for decades and many of the staff are "lifers". That combination only happens when the food is great and the staff are like family. There are a lot of reasons this place is still around. Do yourself a favor and check it out. The food is home-made, tasty, and portions are generous.... More

Heard this was a must stop for breakfast. I must say I was not impressed. Table was dirty and sticky, hair in daughters food. Meals warm at best. Meal for family of four was over 40$. Would not go back, not sure what the fuss is all about.

By far the best off the grid food in Traverse City. Place has the local feel more than the main attractions downtown. It is your classic breakfast dinner with a twist. That twist; the best corned beef hash I've ever had. That's saying a lot because I typically don't even like corn beef hash.

I had the best corn beef hash and this dinner! It was fantastic! Very flavorful, but not too salty! We will be back!

This is our "go-to" place, for breakfast particularly. Always great food, and the service can't be beat! Reluctant to post this, as we hate to have it too busy there, but it really is THAT great!

This place does not look like anything special. It has that typical northern family dinner look and feel. It seems that all the locals hang out at the breakfast bar. The homemade food was amazing. I am not a fan of corned beef hash, but this place changed my mind on it. Awesome... Their homemade biscuits and gravy were also... More

This is the kind of place we like. Casual, unpretentious, independently owned and good food. Our waitress, Diana, was so friendly and helpful. What a nice lady. We will definitely go back again the next time we are in Traverse City.
