Everytime we visit Traverse City we plan to eat here. We originally tried it based on a trip advisor review . We have never been disappointed. The lobster bisque can't be missed. My son loves the whitefish, but everything there is delicious. The salad with the dried cherries is tasty. We love the sweet potato and the mashed potatoes, hard... more

This restaurant is beautiful as it is right on the lake with huge windows and the style is Wright influenced. However it also has a weird theme restaurant vibe beginning with the fake bear greeting you at the front door. The food is pretty standard American fare but it is solid. Probably a great place for a family. more

Every time we go past the place is packed so we finally decided to try it out. The food was very good, service was excellent and you cannot beat the view of the bay. We will be back! more

If people are willing to wait up to 2 hours to eat here, doesn't that just about say it all? We went on Sweetest Day knowing ahead of time that this restaurant does not accept reservations & that we were going to have to wait. I would highly suggest going an 1 1/2 before you would actually like to eat... more

We went to this restaurant after it was recommended by a hotel staff member. We would not return, but many people apparently like it. Neither my husband nor I were impressed with the food. Run of the mill. more

This restaurant combines above average food with a really nice atmosphere and an excellent view. The main focus of the menu is seafood, but there are other options (steak, ribs) as well. Everyone in our party was satisfied with their dinner and would come back. It is a little expensive, but worth it. Most dinners in the $16-24 range. Also... more

We arrived at 7 and it was crowded. We were told it was an hour wait. We thought that was manageable given the large area with tables on the water by the bar. While, we were told it was an hour wait, we didn't sit down at our table until after 9. Had we been told it would be 2... more

My husband and I were up in Traverse City staying with my parents for a Credit Union Conference/Cherry Festival. It was so nice to find a restaurant that didn't focus only on cherries. We went on a Saturday night at about 8pm and had an hour and a half wait. After finishing our dinner I can say I would have... more

My wife & I live locally & ate here last night for the first time since their pseudo-renovation. The facility is clean, modern, & very attractive. The food left ALOT to be desired. We had the mussels appetizer which was a preview of the laziness of the kitchen. The mussels were served in a bowl w/chopped, warm tomatoes & onion.... more
