Went here for late breakfast and there was no wait. The food was very good, portions weren't too large but for the price they were appropriate. They have this side large toast that is a choice of toast and it's cherry cinnamon bread drizzled with a glaze, it's delicious, but sweet comes with your order. Our server Jennifer was very... More

Light, bright colors and a friendly wait staff. Omlettes were very good, not excellent. I like that you can get a bagel instead of toast for no extra charge. And, American cheese is an option whereas the Bay Kitchen with excellent omlettes didn't provide that choice. I'd go again!

The food was pretty good, especially if you like giant cinnamon rolls and big stacks of pancakes. The restaurant looked as if it needed a facelift. The wait staff were friendly and efficient.

We have been eating at this restaurant for probably 30+ years. They have excellent, healthy breakfasts and lunches. We have friends from about 150 miles away who when they visit us always want to got to the Omelette Shoppe for breakfast. Good service most of the time. Always busy especially on Sunday after church.

Stopped in for lunch with 4 adults and two children. Our order took a long time. Several family that came in after us had their food and left before our food came. Waitress, who wore a "supervisor" badge, wasn't attentive. They also ran out of cheese. Food was good and they gave animal crackers for the kids when we sat... More

We loved the sit-down atmosphere and friendly staff. They had a wide variety of scrambles and omelets that had healthy ingredients. The pancakes were excellent as well. They were out of something, but were quick to offer suggestions for substitutions.

The wait at both locations is a drag...but so worth it. The downtown Shoppe on Cass Street has uncomfortable seating if you are a larger person, but the Front Street Shoppe is much more spacious. You'd think that because of the wait, I would already know what I want to order, but then I start reading the menu & there... More

Very, very hard to get a table on the weekend. We had a wait of over an hour and decided to stick it out since we heard it was so good. We were not disappointed at all. Excellent food and service. It's just THAT WAIT! Ugh! They need to expand or something to meet the demand! The food is worth... More

Came here for breakfast 2 days in a row while visiting Traverse City with some friends. It has a charming hole-in-the-wall feel and great service! The omelette's are out of this world. I had a sausage-gravy omelette that was very good. Even the toast is good here! It's thick and makes you think "I'm eating high-quality toast." Something I can't... More
