This restaurant is worth the drive. Attentive staff, comfortable atmosphere, outstanding food. There were four of us and all of our dinners were perfect.

Went for lunch. Food was great. West coast oysters and the Seafood Louie salad were fresh and tasted wonderful. Dinner looks a little pricey but five of us ate for around $25 per person, but only 2 drinks. Also, probably not the best place if you are in a hurry as everything made to order. Our server Sunny was very... More

Took my mother and aunt here for lunch last week. The weather was in the 80's with a nice breeze coming off the bay and the view was fantastic! The food was very good, however, my mom didn't care for the fish and chips she ordered as she thought it was greasy and way over priced. Service was excellent. Note,... More

My daughter was married in Omena, Michigan at Cherry Basket Farm last August. It was a perfect wedding but what we did not know was how amazing her rehearsal dinner was going to be. We took great pains in planning the wedding but gladly handed over the rehearsal dinner to the new in-laws. All we can say is O-M-G!!!!!! The... More

First, food was very good. I had halibut,as did others.(just came from Alaska so It was not quite the same) Sea Bass was watery ish. Filets where very good. Our experience however was marred by poor service. Sometimes wonder if service changes because with large groups gratuity is added automatic and not based on service. First the staff that seated... We (11 girlfriends) ate at the Boathouse last week. We requested the patio and were denied, we were seated but not welcomed for 10 minutes, we had an incredibly rude waitress and dirty/chipped glasses. The restaurant is extremely expensive and definitely NOT worth the money. Don't go!

Saw the reviews and made a trip to have lunch. Wasn't busy, no wait, ordered and then we waited and waited and waited, seemed others were getting their drinks and meals rather quickly, decided to be patient, our server forgot my husbands soda, the soup took forever, granted the chef made a second batch because he wasn't happy with the... We ate on the patio while watching the marina boats and activities. The food was expensive unless you're from a big city. Kobe beef, veal, lobster, creative salads. Wonderful. We spent $175 w/o alcohol. Worth it but still.... I recommend it if you're looking for GREAT cuisine without the stuffy atmosphere of higher end restaurants.

We enjoyed your summer meal on the back deck overlooking the water, the weather and view was gorgeous. Our waiter was kind, friendly and helpful giving us good advice on their menu. The manager stop by and said hello, we appreciated that greeting. We had a cocktails and bottle of Rombauer Chardonnay. The appetizers the entrées were beautiful in design... More
