May be the best meal I've ever eaten! We went with good friends as a special treat - the cheese and charcuterie platter was delicious, the tomato Burrata salad was excellent, I had the filet au poivre, everyone else had sole with lobster mousse. We'll be saving our pennies to return!

We went for my birthday dinner and it was not a disappointment. The staff had suggested coming at 7:30 in order to catch the sunset, but the first table they gave us was looking right into another table, so we moved. After that it was great food and drink. The service was very good and we had a lovely dinner.... More

This was our second bad experience at The Boathouse. Both times the service was extremely slow and our server was very unattentive. It took over half an hour to get our food and it was lunch! Our hamburgers were priced at $19.00 each with a sparse serving of chips on the side. Very pricey indeed. The view is the best... More

We had the most enjoyable evening at the Boathouse last night. We arrived at six and were taken by vans to Doug Kosch's FIELD TO FORK FARM, offered a glass of Bowers Harbor 2896 Brut Rose, and given a paper bag to pick vegetables to take home. In Doug's beautiful backyard we enjoyed a simple, but delicious tomato salad, bread,... More

Leveda and I stopped by the Boathouse for a September afternoon lunch. Located on the West Bay beach overlooking Power Island, we were seated on the veranda and immediately experienced a level of service second to none. The salmon, oysters, shrimp and moral mushroom soup were, to say the least, outstanding. What a pleasant memory of an early fall experience.... More

It was gloomy day outside for our anniversary but the atmosphere, view and service made up for it. We had lunch on a Sunday at the end of July and the food was excellent. They also have some of the best beer selection that went perfectly with our selections. We love the wine too! They gave us a corner view... More

Great restaurant. We went here for a birthday celebration. The food is excellent and the wait staff knowledgeable. We were there for brunch and enjoyed a large selection. Our waitress was very attentive but not overbearing. Would love to go here every week.

I was enjoying a drive on Old Mission Peninsula and decided to stop in for some oysters. I sat at the Raw Bar(I highly recommend doing this) and had a dozen oysters and a glass of Prosecco. The oysters were very fresh and delicious. And you can't beat the view either.

We return here every summer when our children and grandchildren visit. I love the food and white cloth tablecloths. Local wine flights are fun. I always order the morel chanterelle bisque. This time my husband ordered the deep fried Sockeye and Halibut with frites. Fresh oysters and cheese and sausage plate were also delicious. The crab cake and Angus burger... More

This place was excellent. We had the whitefish and then the almond cake for dessert. We loved the cherry and lemon sauce with the almond cake, and also the coconut ganache. I wouldn't bother ordering lobster tail here...go with the local food. The staff is very welcoming. I would come back if in the area again.
