We went to Boone's Long Lake Inn for dinner on the advise of friends. The food was good and the price was right. We both had 12 oz steaks with shrimp to order. Everything on the menu is good. The service is outstanding. Lots of locals come here. You will not leave hungry. more
The food is delicious and plentiful, and the staff is outstanding. Don't go there if you're not hungry. more
Went with a group Mach 2009 for dinner party and the food was not that great for the price. Both myself and another party sent back the fish b/c it wasn't done. Fried mushrooms were stringy and I ended up getting sick the next day. Staff was excellent. more
We ate here on a week's long vacation to TC and were very impressed with the food here. The service was great and there was a good mix of choices for the whole family. The steaks were done to perfection which is not always the case when ordering steak. I would highly recommend if you're in the area. more
My husband and I have been going to Boone's for years and we have never been disappointed. Expect portions to be much too large for one person. We LOVED this place. Cannot believe we have been going to Traverse City for many years and have ever eaten here before. Went with a group of 8 people and everyone loved their food. Choices ranged from fresh perch, steaks, prime rib. Servings were large and several had boxes to take home. We will definitely return. more
Kudos to Boone's for going smoke free. Don't count on Boone's to give you a romantic dinner. Do count on Boone's to give you large portions. Large steaks, lots of good side dishes and a lot of people. Not a culinary delight but a lot of good comfort food. more
