Normally avoid eating in chain restaurants at home or on the road but 2 for 1 coupons drew the DW and I in, once for lunch and again for dinner. For lunch we each got the Monterey chicken with pepper gravy on mashed potatoes and the cinnamon apples for just over $11. Everything was delicious and a bargain. For dinner... More

Nothing too special. Its what you would expect from a big restaurant chain like chilis. Decor could be better as well.

I personally am a big fan of Chili's. I love their Blackberry Iced Tea. This restaurant was a great one of the chain. The food was great and so was the service.

This is a chain restaurant so the food is pretty much what is expected however our group was impressed with our waitress. The restaurant was packed full and we never waited long for our order, drinks or meal. She checked back several times and made sure we were enjoying our meal. No wonder why its so busy with service like... More

Nothing special. Pretty typical for Chili's. Our food was good and delivered in a timely manner. Margaritias were weak and tasted watered down.

The staff was friendly and the food was very good. I liked the fact that a Chili's in another state is the same in Michigan.

Wife and I tried chillis in TC again. The food still below average in this town fajita was skimpy no sides ( beans, rice ) steake was tough and chewy. very uninspired fare. wife had southwestern egg roles good but expensive for an appetizer $9.00 same as I paid for a fajita. All and all not a good value for... More

Everything the DW and I had was very tasty. Prices were reasonable. Server seemed overloaded with tables but was pleasent. She did appear to be more prompt with nearby tables that were buying refills on alchohol.

Dont order the ribs unless you really like to chew on the bone-tough dry and very little meat. The sliders were very salty but the coffee was great. I wont go back

The Traverse City Chili's is convenient to the mall, and is always popular. The beer is cold and the fare is equal to other chains.
