Local coffee

Fun coffee shop with attentive staff and good coffee and bakery items. Loved the morsels, kind of like a mini muffin. Size let us try a good variety.

Stopped in for a quick snack and coffee before our morning drive to Leelenau. The place was packed---a good sign, but also made for a little slow service. The baristas were working very hard and were attentive. The TCFF-themed treats were fun---little morsels of cakes/cupcakes/macarons. Fun. Good coffee. Ran into some friends from our hometown while there, too. Nice vibe.... More

Stopped in and was pleasantly surprised. Definitely not your normal breakfast menu. Go here and try something different. Had a great cup of coffee also.

I was pleasantly pleased with this little coffee house. It is in a great location right on the river, with outdoor seating. The concept of "coffee and morsels" is brilliant. Just a tiny sweet treat with a good cup of coffee. The baristas definitely know what they are doing, nice latte art. I will return next time I'm in the... More

Went to this coffee shop three times in a five day stay. The shop is tiny, so beware you might have trouble finding a seat during busy times. My travel partner prefers drip coffee, and I prefer strong lattes. Both of us were pleased with the coffee from Morsels. Plus, if you can snag a chair out back, there is... More

Was shown this little gem by some local friends. The "morsels" are bite size mini cupcakes with awesome names like "Dark side of the Macaroon" and "Razzle Dazzle" you can just buy one, four, or even 10. We saw a lot of people come in just to take these home in a box. They are delicious! There is also a... More

We stopped in for breakfast. It's a cute place but the service was soooo slow. Ian's this was at 11:30 am! Probably a good place for a morsel snack but not a meal.

We arrived here in the late afternoon, and the barista was still going! I had the ginger iced tea, all freshly made and it was delicious. They even make their own soda "pop" with fresh-made strawberry syrup, not processed. The rest of my family had espresso. I loved watching the concentration the barista had creating each person's very own cup... More

I had a strawberry basil soda on the shady back patio overlooking the river while my husband enjoyed espresso. The sweet morsels were tempting, but we were too full from lunch at the Little Fleet and had to get them to go.

While we didn't try the full breakfast, the little morsels were really tasty and they had lots of fun varieties.
