Good breakfast and lunch food at reasonable prices. Deck for outside seating, though not much in the way of a view other than a highway.
Clean colorful 70s style pancake shop. Stopped for breakfast. Everyone had a different one. All were very good. Pancakes as a side if u want. Priced reasonably. Will go back.
This place served me the best sausage gravy I've ever had at a resturaunt! I make great sausage gravy but by far there's reminded me of my own homemade gravy it was excellent! It didn't cost much either you get a lot of food for the money. If visiting traverse city which is beautiful and always worth visiting just for... More
We ate here on our way out of Traverse City. Their flapjacks were excellent: light and fluffy. They also had great egg dishes, sausage, and kids confetti pancakes. My gluten free husband loved his omelet. We also liked that they leave the coffee carafe at the table! The service was quick. The decor is retro, but cool to look at.... More
We went with seven people and ordered off the menu. It took a good 40 plus minutes for our food to come and it was during a slow time with very few customers. Pancakes lacked flavor. Servers were very friendly however.
Great prices and LOTS of choice. Stuffed french toast was a hit and the omelets are HUGE. Good coffee and all for a good price. Retro decor bur newly renovated. I'd go back here.
Our food took forever. We both had the Berry Cream Waffles feature and were not impressed. For the same item at the Bungalow in Manistee we got probably five times the amount of berries.
Neat looking building with outdoor seating and a fun retro decor. Coffee is ok. Food is the worst I've had in a very long time. Sausage raw. Biscuits thick and pasty. Eggs rubbery on the outside and slimy on the inside. Pancakes thick and gritty. Bacon and potatoes were deep fried too much. My husband and I cracked up at... More
We waited 6 minutes before a server approached us. No name, took drink order and left before we could order meals. After another 5 minutes, a different server brought our drinks and took our order. Ordered two sunrise meals, one with toast one with pancakes. Everything came quickly except no toast. "It will be right out." The pancakes were cold... More
The value here is good, but the pancakes were awful. It was like they had cornmeal in them. Service was fair, my husband got the wrong kind of toast but his food was fine aside from that.
