Consistently good!

Have eaten here twice over last year or so, and it's consistently good! Breakfast is great; lots of nicely prepared and really tasty items. French-inspired food is definitely not run of the mill and the portions are ample. Coffee is very nice. Waitstaff is courteous and attentive. Would... read more

The food is magical, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is very nice. They have the best eggs benedict that I have ever had.

A tiny French restaurant that packs a mighty flavor punch! This place is fantastic. I tried the waffles and loved the light, delicate batter. It was like biting down on clouds. The strawberries added just enough sweetness and were prepared so they weren't so tart. All of this was accompanied by real whipped cream. Everything was light and fluffy. My... More

We at there for dinner. Food was good, about 4 star. Entree prices were $25-$30 or so. Entrecote was a bit gristly, but okay. I possibly chose the wrong sauce, but it swamped the steak. Scallops were very good, but could have been slightly hotter.

My daughter had her heart set on macarons on our trip to Traverse City. The place we were going to buy them had closed. Someone told us Patisserie Amie might have them but didn't always. We popped in and they had them! I was afraid that we would be bothering them just coming in for pastries, but everyone was very... More

We ate breakfast here because of the high ratings. Basic building and decor. While the food was good (nothing exceptional) and our server friendly, we felt uncomfortable the whole time. We are average travelers, but the atmosphere and guests around us were much more frou-frou than we are, apparently. Metered parking. Two basic omelettes and two waters were $25 before... More

Everything was delicious and very French. Quiche of the day was excellent. Kir Royale on special was a nice touch. Fantastic Bloody Mary went well with the tasty sandwiches. Good portions. Family friendly. Enjoy!

This place is indeed a decent place to eat. However, it needs some attention with service and appearance. We just finished a marathon breakfast, mainly because the services was very slow and the waitstaff very unfriendly. It was like the wait staff did not even like one another. Then food was average, but tasty, and be sure to bring your... More

Four of us, frequent travel companions, spent a week in the area around Traverse City this fall and had a wonderful time in this beautiful area. Traverse City has several excellent dining opportunities and we regret we did not find Patisserie Amie sooner. We had traveled to Paris last year and found Patisserie Amie to do justice to French cooking,... More

French inspired food with excellent service. And the hot chocolate...... I met 3 friends here for a birthday lunch for one of the other guests. This is always one of her favorite places to eat. We all ordered something different and each plate was served beautifully with lots of food and oh so delicious. We also ordered one of the... More
