Good and good for you!

This is a bakery, small restaurant version of Whole Foods. Laid-back, hippie-ish vibe with a lot of tasty, yet good for you choices. Kind of pricy for what you get but certainly not expensive. Lack of a children's menu, no half sandwich options, charged "split" charge for sharing sandwich with 4 year granddaughter. Spent $30 and they wanted an extra dollar, lol. No communication received after e-mailing my experience to the restaurant.

There is really nothing like the Village Baker. Their sandwiches are unique and exceptional. All of their baked goods are the very best quality. You can eat in or take out. The atmosphere is down home, and very much unlike your average restaurant. You feel like you have been invited into someone's home. If you are in the Grand Haven/Spring... More

We only purchased coffee from this restaurant. It was delicious! We had planned to order pizzas for take-out. They have an interesting menu with several fresh choices. Alas, we were unable to order from them, but will do so next time we're in the area.

Eight of us were on a family vacation and had our final breakfast together at the Village Baker. It was a great choice. The food was fresh, organic, and wonderful. Lots of unique breakfast sandwiches to choose from, as well as quiche, a custard bake, and pancakes were all tried by our group. Everyone was more than satisfied with their... More

This is a bakery, restaurant, and gift shop. Everything is made from scratch and tastes great. There are many varieties of breads, cookies, pastries and desserts. There is outdoor seating and they do serve coffee as well.

Very nice spot for baked goods and or dining. Coffees were tasty and a welcome to morning. Husband had a pretzel roll which he highly liked and ate quickly. I chose the cranberry orange muffin with glaze on top. Very tasty and not too sweet or overpowering. Wide range of baked goods. Service was spectacular. Will return.

The Village baker is a family run business. Everything is made from scratch, is fresh and delicious. It couldn't get any better. They also carry milk from a local dairy, local eggs, and butter. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.
