My friends and I ordered a variety of food and it was "ok". Some things were pricy than most. We did dine outside on a very good day--and that was really nice! They do not serve wine outside though. It was very busy and the waitressing was fast. It isn't authentic Italian food to me, though. I wouldn't recommend this... More

Very impressed with this place. Went in reading mixed reviews and was pleasantly surprised. I can't think of one negative thing to say. Service was great. Food was unbelievable. I had the tour of Italy and my wife had a spicy pasta dish. Our kids ordered the individual pizzas. Everyone was plenty full and happy when we left. We also... More

The meatballs and meat sauce were awesome. They close at 10 and we got there at 915 on a busy Saturday night and sever could have not been more helpful or attentive. I had the Italian sausage penned with green peppers and could not stop. The best value for Italian food we have found.

Stopped here on a Friday evening, the hubby and I with our 3 kiddos. I was delighted with the atmosphere and think it would be the perfect spot for a date night. We were told by the waitress that the portions were big, so we decided to share. I was full, but the hubby left hungry. Overall, we'd definitely go again.

We were told it would be a 30 minute wait for our table. We decided we would take a quick walk around to waste some time. We came back to wait outside to be called. The place was very busy so we were hoping it was a good place to eat. After waiting for almost 40 minutes, we were able... More

We had the sicilian pizza and some wine for dinner here and even though I asked for extra sauce, the pizza was kind of dry and way too cheesy. The atmosphere is kind of cozy.

I had heard about this place before, so we thought we'd grab a quick lunch. We sat down around 12:10pm and didn't get out of there until 1:35pm. I had the meatball sandwich thing and my wife had pizza. Both were great, but the service was really bad...slow...inattentive...

I can say this is truly my favorite place to eat in South Haven. We have had pizza every time we have visited there, and it has always been very yummy! The atmosphere is wonderful as well. Be prepared if it is "normal" lunch or dinner hours to wait, because there can be a lengthy wait. We have been there... More

A local from South Haven raved about Maria's and she was right! We had the baked Grouper with pasta, with a fine Pinot Noir, and delicious freshly-made bread. For dessert we had a tasty sorbet. The food was excellent, the wait-staff friendly, the atmosphere was casual yet nice, and the cost per person was very reasonable. Our meal was half... More

Food was excellent, especially the bread. Only bad thing was they only serve their wine and soda, no beer or cocktails.
