It's like visting the zoo

Seldom will you find as many stuffed wild animals as adorn the walls of the Antlers. This was our second visit to this landmark restaurant in the soo and we continued to be amazed at the efforts made by the taxidermist to preserve specimens of various wildlife. There's even a full size, standing... read more

This place is a must-see for anyone who wants to revel in northern hunting and fishing culture. And if that's foreign to your way of life, there is great food on hand. It's hard to describe the decor, other than it's a taxidermist's dream come true. Animals, fish and birds of all kinds look down on you from the ceiling... More

I eat here every time that I'm in the area. It's very nostalgic with great ambience and service. Very good burgers. This establishment has been around for years.

I've been visiting Antlers since I was a child. Every time we visted the "Soo" we stopped in. The last time we thought the building seemed dirty and un organized. This time was worse. Old counters sitting in the dining room and the old gift shop was just a unused area you walk through. The food was not good at... More

Non stop things to look at! We had sandwiches and poutine fries! Great food and scenery and service. I will go there again in a minute!

We had been to this restaurant a few years ago. This time we stopped in for lunch, a Saturday noon. It was close to the worst lunch either of us remember having in a long time. We both had the whitefish lunch which came with coleslaw and fries. We both ordered a soft drink...an iced tea and a Pepsi. The... More

Stopped by here several years ago, while in the UP. Loved the food. The atmosphere was great, too. Would recommend visiting!

We used to go there multiple times with the old owners but when we tried the food with the new owners, I didn't feel it was as good. We hadn't been there for several years when we decided to try again. It has been a long time since I have had a burger that good. It was cooked med well,... More

Its okay. The decor is dusty and dirty. The food is average fair but not great. If you have doubts theres better food in the city.

Every year we visit this area with friends and they love to go to Antlers while I dread it but don't have the heart to tell them. Food just isn't that great and a bit too many animals for my liking and dingy decor. On our last visit I did get panko bread fish and I have to say it... More
