If you dislike or have a fear of taxidermy, avoid this place! Non stop dead things all over. Most look dirty and dusty and I was fearful of eating the dust from the rotting animals. The waitress was slow, slow, slow. When the food finally arrived, it was nothing exciting. Not worth another visit for us.

Thankfully, our son read the other reviews and this is where we chose. This is the place to eat and enjoy local atmosphere in the Soo. Enjoy!

After many years since my last visit I told my friend you have to see this place. Not many changes they still have a friendly staff and the antler burgers are great. In house baked buns with had cut fries and 1/2 pound of beef. You won't leave hungry guaranteed. They could update their restrooms.

This was my first visit here in 24 years and the food was just as good as the first time. The service was friendly and fast. The onion rings are awesome but they're huge.

unique with lots to see inside restaurant. A little pricey but the portions are large! Good service. Menu could have more to offer. All in all glad we went and tried it out.

We visit Michigan's Upper Peninsula (UP) every year and every year I intend to eat here. I am so glad that we finally ate here. We went early in the evening and got lots of photos inside. Everywhere that you look there is an unusual scene. The Venison Poutine was fantastic.

I remember my mom taking us here years ago and I don't think it was labeled as "family" dining back then, I think it was just known as a bar. Anyhow, my hubby and I both had burgers and they were excellent. I had the black and bleu and he had the beer cheese and bacon. They came on toasted... More

Lots of animals on the wall, interesting to look at. The staff is very friendly and even played the whistles and sang the song just for us when we asked. The burgers were delicious and done just the way we asked, prices were reasonable. We would return if we are in the area again.
