Always fresh baked goods, great hummus platter. A good local spot with consistently good coffee, tea and eats.

The blueberry scone. Amazing. It's the best scone I've ever had. I was in Saugatuck for a winter weekend getaway and stopped in Uncommon Grounds two days in a row for coffee. The coffee is excellent, as is the service. It's a popular spot, so you might have to take your items to go. If you're lucky enough to find... More

Honestly, I'm happiest about their hours--10:00 on weekends! I love a late-night coffee shop. Great way to extend a date! Coffee was good too.

Wow...what can I say? I am a coffee dissenter. Or maybe I am just a snob. I always thought I just didn't like the taste. I love, love, love the smell and the whole idea of relaxing and talking over a cup of coffee. In the past however, I always sat primly with a cup of tea or iced tea... More

My sister and I were in Saugatuck for a long weekend, and while I'm always up for trying out new coffee shops, my sister is a die-hard Starbucks fan. Since there wasn't a Starbucks nearby, I suggested Uncommon Grounds, and assured her she could get iced coffee with a shot of vanilla, so we took our morning walk and headed... More

This place is a really nice surprise in such a small village. During the afternoon of our arrival and the morning of departure we never saw the place empty. Having sampled the coffee we had some ground up and bagged for our return to UK where we are able to drink in the aroma and taste that takes us right... More

Really nice little place in saugatuck. Casual, friendly and welcoming staff. Coffee is really good here and the muffins truly fattening (but in a good way!). It was where we went every morning of our stay to start the day.
