Evening meal during stay in Saugatuck

We stopped in for an evening meal on a Tuesday. Great pizza and pasta, and good service! Nice location on the edge of downtown.

Stopped here because it was the first restaurant we walked by after finding a parking spot and we were starving. Not disappointed in our choice. We decided to eat inside even though there are 3 or 4 tables on the sidewalk with a view of the boats and marina. Had the cheesy bread for an appetizer and it was served... More

Gluten free pizza was tasteless. What shocked us most was the charge for water on our check. This was not bottled water...just cups of water they bring when you first order.

We're so sorry you were unhappy,. Yes, we do charge a very minimal charge (25 cents!) for a glass of water but ONLY when one is requested and only if no other beverage is ordered. We state this CLEARLY on our menus. Glasses of water are not free for us either. The cost of water, straws, ice, dishwashing, and service... More

Pizza was ok. Service was friendly but very slow even though it was not that busy. May have to try it again and get another kind of pizza. I guess I'm a pizza snob.

All the restaurants nearby were packed with waiting lists. We stumbled upon this little gem and were not disappointed! Fabulous pizza and nice wine/beer list. We had our 2 teenage sons with us who were equally impressed by the pizza and breadsticks!

Food was fine but a little over priced. Service was non existent. If you are going to charge $2.25 for a soda , you should actually show up to offer a free refill. Never saw a waitress again. Had to chase down someone to get our bill. If you walk in the door and it is busy, walk out.

We sat outside for dinner at this great restaurant in downtown Saugatuck. The service was top-notch: super efficient and friendly!! The wings were good-fish and chips only average. We would recommend!

We ate here when we found out that the hickory pit was closed (it used to be next door to scooter's. Had pizza, calamari and lasagna. All were very good. Our hotel guy even recommended this place. My son had a "personal" pizza and said he would give it five stars. I would recommend it to anyone who would be... More
