Busy place but had good food and good service. Many tourists inside but they use TripAdvisor to find good restaurants. Narrow building, only 25 feet wide. Crowded but friendly place.

The food was great, in an old building with a bar there but has broasted chicken and seafood too. Good food and a casual experience. go early…all the locals love this place

Broasted Chicken was great, It's a little dark in there, but, cozy.. It's located right in the heart of town, lots of shops and things to see around it.. Would recommend it.

This high volume eatery makes great salads and the waitress provided great service. Its location in the center of town was a convenient location.

Consistently great food at a reasonable price. We would go more often if you didn't have to wait so long to get in during the tourist season.

I think we had the server a reviewer a few reviews down from here had! 4 of us, on Labor Day night, about 45 minute wait (we had hoped since the town was fairly empty to wait less, but oh well). Dinner was very good, but not as exceptional as I remembered from another Saugatuck trip. Very very busy, yes,... More

It's a bit crowded and noisy, but the food and drink menu is worth the trip. Overall the food quality and quantity were good, with a few quibbles. One of my fellow diners raved about the portobella mushroom fries as an appetizer but they left some of us wondering what was the main attraction. Tasty and crisp, but just a... More

This is our third trip to Phil's and it was awesome. Seafood chowder soup and nutty salad with pecan apple dressing was great. Also the best scallops ever. Granddaughter had a burger and said it was amazing also. The fish tacos were great as well.

We went here on a Friday around 7-8pm. It's very busy, and you likely will wait for a table for 45-60 minutes. However, the hostess is spot on with your wait time. You can pass the time at the bar, or stroll around and shop for half an hour or so and go back. They don't give you a pager,... More
