Good value, clean surroundings. Food OK, staff pleasant. Artwork themed around Marilyn & Hollywood contemporaries.

We were starving and the house we had rented along with 100,000 other houses didn't have power. We'd never been to Saugatuck and were just longing to find coffee and danish. We drove by Munroe's and decided to stop. The place was empty except for a table of 4 who were talking and finishing breakfast. We ordered eggs Benedict and... More

We stopped at Monroe's for a quick lunch on Saturday afternoon, The place is really cute with a lot of Marilyn Monroe pictures and decor. The food was good and well priced. Our service could have been better. Our meal was served. The waitress walked away quickly and then we realized we did not have silverware or napkins. I took... More

We went to Monroe's after a local suggested it. Food was outstanding! I had the french toast, which is made on french bread...omg!!! It was fabulous! Can't wait to go back!

Cute on the inside and they also have sidewalk seating overlooking the water. Great atmosphere inside or out. My asparagus omelette was good and my boyfriend said his taco salad with chicken was delicious. Its small but they can accommodate a party of 7 easily.

If I could just give up bacon! Their Boursin sandwich and their side of health salad (like a broccoli slaw) was so good that if all sandwiches were like this, I would eat nothing else. Seems this town does sandwiches the best.

Small café serving very good food with nice size portions for a decent price. Restaurant was clean and the gals on the wait staff were attentive and helpful. I would eat here again.

Great spot for breakfast or lunch, good spot for dinner. Breakfast served all day. Had salmon omelet which was great. Have also stop in for lunch and dinner when other favorite place have had long lines. Pictures of marilyn monroe adore the walls alone with other stars of that era.

Decent barbecue. Green beans were fresh. Nice servers. Hate the decor. Go with people you like to look at.

Very vegetarian kid friendly spot, small, not too crowded even on a busy day. Waitress joked around with the kids w some ketchup bottle gags. Sandwich & chips kinda place. Great spot to take a breather from shopping.
