The ice cream is good, but not $10 good for a chocolate dipped ice cream cone. Great fudge and peanut brittle. They do offer free samples, this helps ease the pain of the sticker shock once you order a cone. Great to watch them make fudge and peanut brittle!

Hubby and I were looking for a sweet treat after lunch and popped in to Kilwins to get a treat. He got a bear claw made of cashews, caramel and dark chocolate. I got something similar made of macadamia nuts, caramel and white chocolate. Mine was very stale, which was odd since I would think they would have had a... More

After walking Saugatuck shopping, and wanting to give a different place a try, we stopped at Kilwins. The prices were high but the caramel popcorn with chocolate and nuts was great!

By far the smoothest, creamiest, and delicious ice cream hands down. I highly recommend the blueberry waffle cone ice cream in a waffle cone. It has chunks of cone and blueberries in the creamy ice cream. Well worth the line and money. DELISH!

Kilwins is among the best chocolate anywhere. The almond dark chocolate bark is good enough to eat for breakfast....it must be a health food.

Went to Kilwins after dinner for ice cream. Scoops were very small and rather pricey for what we got. The ice cream was freezer burned and had lots of ice crystals in it. Asked for chocolate turtles and they didn't have any. Very disappointed. Kilwins in Petoski or Travercity was much better.

What is there bad to say about chocolate, ice cream and Carmen corn with nuts. We found ourselves there frequently.

Salted caramel is one of the most popular flavors for good reason. There are two locations and we visited the one less busy. The service line was long but then why go to a place when you are the only customers?? The expresso was good too.

Very good fudge and cashew brittle. A lil over priced in the middle of tourist area. Two locations very close together. No chocolate bananas

Okay, I am not a cheap person and I don't hesitate to spend a lot of money on quality items. I never saw a sign that showed prices. Maybe I hit the wrong day from the reviews here. For the little amount of chocolate I got for the incredible amount of money I spent, I was disappointed. Sorry folks... like... More
