We were visiting from North Carolina to go to several of the craft breweries in the area - this place was great for having so many of the Michigan breweries available at one place. We actually went to one not on the list just because of the quality of the beer we tried here. Over 65 taps. We only tried... More

Burgers are always a good choice here and the buffalo chicken appetizer is among my favorite anywhere, but if you enjoy craft beer, watch for the Tap Takeover nights. Several local breweries take turns and MANY new one-time only beers are offered during this special night. The flavors are interesting even if you're not a true beer drinker. Nice atmosphere,... I love this place on Friday nights after the wife get off work. We usually walk over about 5:30pm, get a table upstairs, order some good food and listen to some entertainment and do a little people watching while having a nice after work dinner. The food is great and the place has a real Cheers atmosphere.

Nice place to grab a bite and a beer. Located in downtown St. Joseph, the Buck is convienant location to shop and grab a bite afterwards.

Went here last weekend (11/14) for lunch. 2 Couples and a 2.5 year old toddler. Had a good table, off to the side for the toddler, but still able to see football. Started with the Buffalo Bleu Chips. Wow! I thought The Red Arrow Roadhouse had good chips. These were awesome. Fresh chips with bleu cheese, bacon and just the... More

Love beer? Go here. They had 72 beers on tap. We had burgers and they were perfectly seasoned and cooked. For a place with quick table turnover, the food was prepared just right.

This Buck was great, I've been there twice, and while I have had two great experiences. If you are in the mood for burgers and beer, this place is great, offering a lot of unique, custom made options. I have not done the build-your-own-burger option, although I will definitely want to try this next, the custom combinations you can come... More

Every place has burgers, but none better than the Buck. You can order a burger as plain or as fancy as you want. The Buck has a very large selection of beers and they give you a chance to sample those beers.

This is the best burger joint I have evr eaten in. Make sure to make your own burger. Service was just right. Eat outside if the weather is warm enough.

Burgers are cooked to order and very juicy with all the fixings. Fries are sinfully delicious and the atmosphere is modern mixed with an old town decor. It's a classier version than the old Silver Dollar bar with focus on the great burgers.
