food is the kind that drips fat and fatty food makes a body fat, can't eat there anymore. They do have ok salads but they are fatty too.
Good food. Friendly waitstaff. Loved the Bloody Marys.
Great sandwiches and dinners to please all ages in an open, spacious restaurant.. There are docks out front for boaters. Large windows offer diners a view of the St. Joseph River channel. Acoustics is a bit of a problem because of the large size and open floor plan.
We eat here very often. Another place close to home & within budget. They are located on the St Joseph River & have a boat dock outside their doors. During the summer it is a very busy place. Only one time did I have a not so good meal. We have been going there for well over 20 years. They... More
Relaxed family dining, friendly and knowledgeable wait staff, outstanding onion rings, a cold draft beer, and a whole plate of perch! Clementine's does a very solid job in providing a very filling meal. Two quibbles: The often long wait for dinner during summer, and a rare occasion of the perch not being cooked equally on both sides. All in all,... More
My wife and I ate there on New Years Eve with some friends. It was busy, but we did not have to wait to be seated. The food was pretty good... no one in our party had any complaints. The service was average... no complaints there either. We would eat there again.
We Urban spooned this venue and it was advertised as seafood. It was more like lakefood. The onion rings are definately a plus. If you like homestyle food this is a great place to go. We were in the mood for scalops and clam chowder...not perch and walleye. The service as polite and accomidating. The main course took about 30... More
We ate a late lunch there (3:30pm) and got right in. We did notice it getting busy by the time we left. The restaurant is casual and nice. The service was very good. Wife and I both had the perch and loved it. Little one got chicken tenders and loved them. Price was average, which is a good thing. We... More
This is our absolute favourite place to eat - the menu is extensive, the selection of draught beers is great. The stack of onions rings is one of best ever, The food is always cooked to exact specifications and the staff are attentive and pleasant too. The view of the river and the boats while dining is great. Maybe a... More
As a Michigan resident - I have had my share of perch. Some restaurants try to pass off ocean perch as lake - no comparison. The perch at Clementine's was flaky, small pieces, lightly breaded. Just good - just go.
